WeWork Office Space & Coworking, San Mateo CA

Four floors of co-working space in a fairly new building with lots of windows and natural light. Location is very convenient, just off the Delaware St exit of Highway 92, and next to Caltrain's Hayward Park station. The parking situation is OK, not great. Parking in the building's lot is expensive ($2.50 each 30 minutes with $20 daily max). There is a lot of available parking across the street in the Caltrain lot ($5.50/day in the CalTrain app) and some easily walkable free street parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby walkable food options are limited. Beach Hut Deli is very good, but that's about it, though WeWork has scheduled food trucks rotate in often.

Great co-working space! We came here for an open day and really enjoyed the space. A lot of natural light, nice kitchen, nice working nooks and friendly staff. There are 4 floors, the 4th floor is the community floor and has a big space for working. It is also nice and vibey, would highly recommend this space. The wifi was a bit tricky, they gave us a login that we had to use, but had to approve some security certificate that was a bit weird.

WeWork locations are office or meeting places for those in places where you.l have no workspace or need a quick place to meet up for work. They have tons of locations all over the world and are easily accessible when you need them. Most of then have office space for companies as well, making it simple to have a place to go anytime you're in town. This one has a parking garage inside, lots of lobby and meeting room space, and lots of perks of food and beverages.

This was my first visit, the front desk was a busy and couldn't help explain what seat or desk I could take or where to go so I had to just sit in the common area.

This is a nice and decently good WeWork, but it's not particularly special one. It has everything you expect and everything you need. So I am still giving it a 4 stars.

Nice clean, comfortable space. Kind staff. Five stars if they had more open office hours and parking availability.

Came here for a meeting with my colleague. I’ve never been to a wework before. I’m glad to see people going back into offices. They have good offerings.

This was my first WeWork experience, and it was great! Clean and modern spaces where I felt really productive.

The staff is great and really friendly! Space is great too!

Noelle helped us host an event there, and she was accommodating, punctual, and just an overall good person.
Once we got settled in, Lindsay and Jenna (sp?), make sure we had what we needed to run a great event and everything worked out great!

Front desk girls are very helpful and sweet. This location has a lot of space to social distance.

Love WeWork 400 Concar! Great building that is centrally located with a ton of communal space and areas to work from. The staff onsite is super helpful and answered all of my membership questions. Highly recommend this location.

Fun place to work at. They have lots of phone booths for people to use. Great coffee and kombucha.

The space is very clean, a great place to have my meetings. They staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

I've been to a ton of WeWork locations throughout California since signing up. The 400 Concar location is easily my favorite of the bunch. This particular branch has multiple floors open to all members and is well kept and maintained. Each floor has plentiful seating within large, open spaces that make even working on a Monday a pleasant experience I look forward to.
