WeWork Office Space & Coworking, Mill Valley CA

Dustin, Jenn, and Felipa take great care of the Mill Valley WeWork and make it an enjoyable place to work from! Our company chose WeWork as a 3 month temporary office location after our office lease in SF was up and ended up extending for a year. Perks include- complimentary beverages, WiFi, and parking, plenty of comfortable seating / work spaces, is conveniently located off the highway/near a shopping center, there are 'community events' such as happy hours and in-house massages (costs $) and the staff is so kind. Although we rent a private office for our team, the common area is a nice alternative to get out of the house & be around others while on a remote schedule.

The space is nice, the staff is lovely and helpful. All access membership is a good deal, but if you want a small office space, it’s expensive for what it is - ($1200 per month for windowless cubicle). Also, this location has had frequent power outages and wifi downtime when it rains, which is a building/parent lease issue, but wework has been slow to resolve it. Biggest downside is dealing with corporate - they are unhelpful and slow, customer service beyond the in person local team is non existent, and they frequently get things wrong with billing issues that take an ordeal to resolve. Once I was locked in the garage for 45 minutes after hours with a handful of people because the parking gate malfunctioned, and the response the next day was that everything was fine because I eventually got out. They also did not return the security deposit they charge on schedule or initially in the correct amount (expect to fork over 3.5x whatever you pay per month). Overall, it will probably be a comfortable and fine experience to work here if you’re coming for the day, but over time the hassles can add up.

Nice decor and very friendly staff. However, it's frustrating that this is the only remote coworking space in Marin, given the below issues.

The lack of convenient outlets in the common area is really jarring given it's 2021. It feels like they intentionally don't want people plugging their laptops in.

It's also quite noisy (people chatting loudly, notification noises firing every 30 seconds, rock music playing nonstop) in the common area (where you get to work with a day pass) and the phone booths are intentionally uncomfortable it seems: claustrophobically tiny, and no outlets available! I really can't believe it. The remote work situation is still totally broken.

Note: there are zero snacks and not a great walkable path to restaurants further below, although it's nice they have ciders, free espresso, and free Equator canned coffee, as well as Marin kombucha. The road to the office is quite narrow and not pedestrian-friendly.

I had a super important interview and Matt could not have been kinder or more accommodating with the space. I wasn't sure how often I would use a WeWork but after that I am dedicated. The space is beautiful, extremely well cared for, and is the perfect spot for remote work!

Very satisfied! We work is a wonderful and productive work space. The place has great amenities an amazing team!

This place has saved my sanity and my marriage! I was trying to work from home during COVID and was slowly losing my mind. Now I have a beautifully designed space to go to and a community of people to chat with in between calls. Also. Tess and Alex are awesome! What I appreciate most about them is how quickly they can pivot from being fun and social to being focused and on it. Love it here.

Beautiful facility with exceptional staff. They are always so friendly, like walking rays of sunshine! It is a gift to spend my work days alongside them.

I have worked for a long time in different locations at Wework (LA and SF), but Wework Mill Valley is my favorite place. There is a lot of space, it is very quiet, the decoration is so beautiful and guess what, there are secret rooms. I let you go and discover them for yourself.
The staff are very nice and help you whatever you need. Very professional.
The facilities are great and the coffee, latte or hot chocolate are very good.

Great space with an awesome team! I love that you can bring dogs here and they have free parking. The equator espresso machine is wonderful along with the other tap options. Highly recommend!

Simply stated: This place is the best. Tastefully decorated, everybody there is incredibly friendly and cool. Alex and Tess are awesome hosts. Nothing but high praise for this place, the employees, and its constituent members.

One of the best places for coworking north of the Golden Gate Bridge. There is plenty of space, extremely clean, and the staff that works there are the best in the business. I highly recommend working here!

Beautiful working location, with ample phone booth space and some unique features including a large, soundproof screening/recording space. Staff consistently go above and beyond to make this feel like both a place to get things done and a genuine community. I have spent time in a lot of WeWork offices and this one is truly special.

I have my actual WeWork office in San Francisco but I spend 99% of my time at the Mill Valley office utilizing WeWork's desk rentals. It's a much more convenient location, the facilities are some of the nicest I've encountered, but it's the community staff that really make this location outstanding.
