WHALEN LLC, San Diego CA

Recently purchased a bunk bed of theirs from Costco. Inside their literature and on the inside of their packaging it asks to call them or email them for replacement or missing parts. Well I did that and a week later they replied that it is discontinued and they have no replacement parts. I hope Costco re-evaluates doing business with this poor company.

Customer service is non-existant. I've emailed 3 different Whalen contacts (parts@, info@, etc.) for 2 weeks and gotten exactly zero response. Just buy from a local big box store. The products are just as awful, but at least you'll have a better chance at customer service.
