I ordered the crispy rice, spicy tuna and avocado appetizers via UberEats today and they were terrible, the crispy rice was burned black and inedible, i threw both orders away and had to re order from somewhere else.

I always stop here when I'm in the area.great quality food and service. Hyperion can be a very loud street but the noise is worth the food.

I get takeout from here all the time and the sushi is fresh, very good, and a great deal for the price.

We ordered $88 worth of food. The rolls are huge and rolled loosely so they fall apart and don’t fit in your mouth. The fish didnt taste fresh— we couldnt eat the blue crab roll because it doesn’t smell right. Super disappointing and dissatisfying. I hope they can improve. We won’t be eating here again though.

Don’t order anything from this place.
I ordered gyoza and few rolls. Gyoza was burnt, rolls are not tasty and a lot of rice. Some rolls was falling apart. All the rolls had different size.
And i paid for this bs $50.
Very disappointed.

The food has been good but last time they forgot the ginger, when i paid extra, and the guy said that each container already had ginger—which was not true! We even tipped well; i know it’s not terrible but when ur hungry and love sushi with extra ginger, it’s sad

While the food is fine, the restaurant is dishonest. I ordered on Grubhub and provided instructions for extra wasabi, which is usually complimentary in almost every sushi restaurant I’ve ever ordered from, but not this one. And that would have been fine if they had called to confirm the extra charge, but they didn’t and proceeded to charge me extra without contacting me. I would have rather done without. It was only a dollar, but it’s the integrity that mattered. So unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again.

AVOID THIS PLACE - they refuse to take phone orders so we ordered a few vegetable rolls and seaweed salad through their online service. When the total came to almost $45 we assumed it would be a decent amount of bites - like there isn't even fish included. There were less pieces and poorer quality than what you'd find in an average bodega.

See the photo, that the bagged this - WITHOUT soy sauce and chopsticks - and tagged it as take out is embarrassing.

Lastly, it was dry, the roll pieces were falling apart. Had I been the one picking it up I would have asked for a return. What a messy expensive joke.

Easily some of the worst ramen I’ve ever had. Tasteless broth, thick non-broiled pork. Very very bad!

This place is amazing. You must order or you will be waiting.when we first arrived it was a mall, not the nicest place but you soon realize the people waiting for a table are outside.it's always a good sign.then you realize that 80% of the customers are Japanese, this is also a good sign. The sashimi was fantastic. Toro was exquisite.everything we ordered was amazing. You can't go wrong. 4 guys ate very well for $200.

I ordered via Postmates. This is the most vegetarian and vegan friendly sushi place I've found in a while, I'm so impressed. Normally vegans are stuck with edemame and an avocado roll but this place had so many options. I got the veggie gyoza, green roll, spicy vegetable roll, and tempura sweet potato roll and they were all delicious. I'll definitely be back to try all the other veggie options.

Used to be our go to for Poke. 3 tiny pieces of yellowtail, 4 tiny pieces of salmon, one tiny pile of spicy tuna and…. Hair. Can’t call ahead. Have to order through doordash or Grubhub or whatever. Two people returned with completely brown avocado in their food. Used have really good portions of fish and …no hair. Oh well, that’s that.

Ordered 4 different items from the restaurant. I asked for a spicy mayo and they were charging 50 cent which is ridiculous other places don't do that. Never coming to this place again.

Pleasantly surprised by this very affordable and fast sushi spot. Will definitely be making this a regular visit.
