They greet you as soon as you walk in, I had just came from other local spots that didn’t even care to say anything, they would just look up and keep looking down on their computer. They have complimentary coffee and a vending machine in a clean area to wait.

If you’re looking for a professional spot to take your business, I highly recommend coming here. Besides the friendly staff they have systems in place to provide consistent customer service with respectful and honest employees.

***Upon arriving, just leave your vehicle parked outside in the parking lanes and walk in telling them what you need. They will systematically take your car in for the service you need in the order you brought it in.

This place is awesome. They hook it up every time and make sure you are taken care of. Excuse my car- it's dirty in the pictures.but I bought rims and wasn't sure what tires would fit. They put on 2 sizes to ensure it would work and took care of my car. I won't go anywhere else. All three guys at the front counter are great- you won't be mislead here. HIGHLY recommend l!

I decided to try this shop out based on the reviews. Let me tell you I am so glad I did! I went to a previous shop in fresno and they didn't have what I wanted so they kept trying to persuade me to go a different route and kept pressuring me to leave a down for wheels they didn't even have till summer. I left without anything until I looked Into wheel king. By then I had done some research on what exactly I wanted so I spoke to Henry. I told him what I wanted and not once did he ever say it wasn't possible or convince me to go with something else. Coming here was still cheaper than on any website and other shops around fresno. I did have to go in person to leave a deposit but I didn't mind because I was confident I would be happy here. I'm sooooo happy I waited this long to buy new wheels because had I not, I would have ended up with something I never wanted to begin with. I am so happy with the service and outcome. Wheel king is so friendly and the service was fast. I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you so much wheel king!
