Brought my Kawaski Z900rs in after a flat. Ricki and Tyler in service set me up with a set of tires and 90 degree valve stems.

Great experience!

I bought a new sports bike from this dealership that was missing both collars that are supposed to hold the engine in place. Very irresponsible. It could’ve killed me. And it was brand new.

They should change their name to scam in motion, it speaks more about them, I’ll give them 5 starts if I’m changing my oil, if you are looking for something els look somewhere else, (I’ll be waiting for your response to expose the scam you guys running)

Bought a beautiful 2019 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R from Christian Potter. He was knowledgeable, efficient and understanding to my needs. His no push attitude and concerns for what’s best for me will definitely have me back in for future purchase.

Have been looking for a bike for quite some time, finally pulled the trigger on a Yamaha Bolt R-spec. Had a great experience with the people there. Have been here a few times before. Everyone there is nice and respectful. Big shout out to the parts guys in the back they were ready to help me with any of my questions. Would go back agian.

My experience in this store was just AMAZING! Hugo is the best sales rep I’ve encountered during my search for a motorcycle. I was at Harley in Glendale and to be honest the worst experience. Until I found my new R3 with Hugo! If you want to buy a new bike go to Hugo! Best motorcycle sales man ever!

Amazing customer service Christian helped me buy my first bike and was more concerned with getting me on the right bike for me than just selling me one. Super friendly place especially if you're new to riding like me

Highly recommend to go in and look for Chris! He is awesome well knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect 2022 klx 230 dual sport that I love and my wife now does too and we’ll be going back to pick up a dirt bike for her next! Chris at wheels in motion rocks!

I drove from Nevada we agreed on a trade in price and a out the door price they even let me leave my trailer in their yard for the night so all was good. I received my registration in the mail and was charged for the paperwork (That would have been ok if it was correct) they registered my UTV in California even though I live in Nevada. I have no idea why they would do that. Then they put on there it is a Polaris it’s a Yamaha. I called to try to get this corrected and was told they will call me back. Never heard from them again. Now I have to do my own paperwork get the Vin checked and change it over myself. One reason I buy new things is to avoid doing all of the paperwork.

After agreeing to the highest “out the door” costs of any shop in all of Southern California, I placed a deposit down for a bike. I was promised that the shop had the VIN and the bike would arrive on the next truck. I skipped my opportunity to get the bike elsewhere and for cheaper, but because I liked my salesman and gave him my word I wouldn’t go elsewhere, I waited a month. Eventually I was notified that the shop’s management sold my bike out from under me to someone who was willing to pay full price upfront without the bike even arriving to the shop or an estimated arrival date. So I basically gave the shop an interest free loan (deposit) that meant nothing and they didn’t even honor. Terrible business practice and a lost customer for life.

I would not recommend buying parts at Wheels In Motion. I called the dealership on May 16th, Kevin Garcia answering, wanting to buy a wheel for my 2005 Yamaha R6. He proceeded with getting my year make and model of my bike, front or rear, and the COLOR that was on my bike so it can match. I responded that wheel on the bike it has a matte black and i would like the same one. He said that’s fine so I just decided to go in person and purchase there. When I arrived, thinking he got all my information and everything saved, i purchased the wrong COLOR. He changed the color and he ordered the wrong wheel after I purchased it. I later found out when it arrived and i picked it up. I wanted to exchange the wheel but they wanted to charge me 20% for restocking fees when IT WASNT MY FAULT. They ordered the wrong color when i first asked i wanted matte black and they ordered a black and red wheel. I’m making a complaint because i don’t appreciate how they treated me and how they won’t own up to their own mistakes. They lied to me saying that there was only 2 colors and the one i wanted didn’t exist. They all teamed up on me saying that I said it was fine to order the black and red because the Matt black was back ordered when i never said i was fine with it. I said im fine waiting even if its back ordered.

They will lie to you and won’t own up to their mistakes. I don’t recommend this dealership.

JC… you the man! Best all around. Their website showed they had only one 2022 YZF R1 WGP 60th Anniversary in stock. I took the chance and I drove from Needles without calling in the middle of the night, camped out in my car, and was sitting out front at open. Not only was the bike there but JC got me rolling ASAP. No pressure! He simply asked is that the one you want. I said hell yeah that’s the one I want. He said let’s do the numbers and that was that. Very knowledgeable with the bikes. Top to bottom hands down this is how the experience of buying your dream bike should go down… I’m just saying…Thanks again to the entire staff here at Wheels in Motion. They truly do make DREAMS COME TRUE!

On their website they had a older year under new inventory and I called the sales department to get Chris to answer the phone in which he wasn't very friendly and said there's no way they have that bike on the floor without even checking. Not great phone customer service.

Larry Ingraham at Wheels in Motion took care of getting me a good deal on my new KZ 900RS, $2200 cheaper than CalCoast Motorsport in Ventura. Did the whole deal by text message, super easy! Ask for Larry and he can give you a best price right away.

This dealer insist on leaving up ads for bikes they no longer have in inventory for quite sometime and to me that is a big red flag when it comes to be ethical business practices. I have been on the hunt for a good bike and lately I have been experiencing these types of behavior with motorcycle dealerships and coming from the car community its saddening to see this community seems to be no different when it comes to the sales of their bikes.buyers please call before wasting your time to confirm if they have your bike of interest if you still plan on using this establishment and be safe.

Just bought a FJR. Worked with Larry. Great experience. I highly recommend this dealership I hate dealerships and this is the first time I have felt the need to write a positive review.

Straight up scammers. If you think you've caught all the markups in the fine print, think again. Once they get you in the door, they tack on another 5-10k in addition to all the markups in the fine print

They fail to follow through. I asked about being followed up about a UTV and the sales teams doesn't seem to care about customer service unless you are right in front of them. But be careful of this. The per sales and after sales tend to be the same.

Pass if you can.

Used to be my favorite motorcycle dealer, now it's pretty sad. When they were only Yamaha it was great, then they got Kawasaki. At first I thought that was great as I own 2 Kawasaki bikes. I was wrong, it got very bad and all prices went up. That is not the end as it got really bad after they bought out Westlake Ducati. Rip off prices all over the store now. I guess nothing ever changes for the better anymore but it still makes me sad to see a good dealership turn into another rip joint.
