14I came here for the BMTH show. What an amazing experience! The bartender remembered my name and my drink order. The staff at the door was incredibly helpful and friendly. They require proof of vaccination.
Fun place have seen a few bands there, smaller than i expected but doesn't take away from the experience - piece of music history.
Always see good bands here. Only holds 500 people but I have seen Saliva, Adema. Hang out in booth get served drinks and sit back and enjoy
Great and historical place to enjoy the best hard rock bands we shared with pretty boy floyd the best show of our lives and the security team treated us in the best way very happy, with the attention of steve summers and his professionalism also very clean and very adequate we were able to enjoy some good beers and the best rock n roll long live the whiskey a gogo and the pretty boy floyd we will never forget that Friday, December 3,2021
Friendly staff in an all round fantastic and historic venue. Had a great night in here and would love to come back.
Food's great, sound's great, lights are great, having the option to chill upstairs or be up close with the performers - love this venue
This is really like 4.8 stars. I've performed here multiple times now and the staff is usually pretty great. For a smoker/vaper the in-and-out policy is a bit annoying having to be searched every time I go for a smoke and the drinks are LA expensive, but the sound is great, the sound engineers are fantastic and easy to work with, the acoustics are top notch and the staff as a whole are very hospitable to artists. Playing on the same stage where legends have stood is a truly humbling experience, and I am so thankful and blessed that that experience isn't ruined by terrible customer service. This place has a standard and it keeps to it. HUGE shoutout to literally every sound engineer that works for the Whiskey, because you guys really make this place sing.
Shauna is amazing! One of the few bartenders who can make my drink right and she is so nice! She deserves a raise, please keep her around! -A Hollywood local
Awesome every time.
The perfect place to enjoy yourself
Great bands, great music, great public relations & great people to enjoy it with!
Love the vibe at this place. The music was great and the history behind this place is amazing! I'll definitely be back.
The place is an icon on the strip and exactly what you want in a rock bar. Cold beer, wild crowd, slightly sticky floor, bit of a funky smell, and great bands. I have to hand it to the sound guys here as the bands were loud, but not too loud and well mixed. Would definitely go back
Very must check out place on sunset strip live music and drinks a short walk to the Rainbow and the Roxy.
You can't miss going to this historic venue. Lots of easy parking and access to viper Roxy rainbow.the heart of the strip!
Classic venue with a ton of fantastic history. Good sound system and there's not a bad place in that room as far as sightlines are concerned. The only pitfall the nearby parking places charge too much and if you're an alcohol drinker it's a little pricey.
