Been a long time customer took my Givenchy sweater there to get cleaned after getting makeup on it. When I picked up my items my sweater was ruined. I'm not sure what happened but the black from the writing is not on my white areas & my $1000 is ruined! Instead of taking responsibility the owner says I brought it like that when it's clear what happened. My sweater was also still wet when I picked it up 4 days later! Take your business elsewhere like I should've. They're not qualified to handle expensive items
