The repair took less than half an hour and the system is now back in service. Much appreciated White Mechanical!

Customer service from the commercial install manager is poor and very rude. Also very unorganized company that even I, the costumer, can see it.

Jonny was really very thorough and listened carefully to our description of some minor noise annoyances. He inspected the outside AC and cleaned it. He tightened all of the screws which hopefully will soften the noise.

Great company to work with. Super dependable and quality work. Definitely saved me as my air conditioner went out and we are getting ready for a hot week coming up. Thank you Johnny and White mechanical!

Yesterday Johnny from White Mechanical came out to service our A/C units. We try to have White Mechanical out every year to maintain the units and keep everything running smoothly; however, we were a little overdue because of covid. Our upstairs unit wasn't keeping up and cooling like it normally does, so I called White Mechanical to set up an appt. Johnny arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He ran a full diagnostic on both units and explained everything clearly. We were having a problem with our capacitor and that's why our upstairs unit was struggling. He quickly fixed the problem and now our A/C is working great again. We are very impressed with White Mechanical's great service and will continue to use them!

They came out to give me an estimate for an attic fan, which turned out was not appropriate for our property. Friendly, informative and honest. They could have sold me an inappropriate service, however they were completely honest and recommended other heat reducing ideas I could use in my home.

White Mechanical GOT IT DONE! Excellent Service. Excellent Response Time. Abraham Galvez did a scout on Wednesday and found a way to get this done not even 48 hours later. He helped set up all the thermostats and told us all the best practices. He also gave us ways to help save money on our energy bill. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Also want to give a big shout out to Mason Dover and Edgar Rodriguez who were waiting for me to show up at 06: 30. They were so awesome and respectful. Thank you guys so much! The sales rep is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions in adfition to teaching me how all the components work. Additionally, he did something no other company did - counted & measured all of the air flow returns which, as it turns out, I will need to add one for so that my components will work at peak efficiency. I never got the impression that he was pushing the sale but rather explaining what the optimum designs are while also offering me a fair price. This company is not the least expensive but both the Lennox and Air Pro (made by Lennox but more economical) products are excellent.

I was on a scheduled after install maintenance inspection. It was performed by Theo who also did the installment of the hvac unit. He was early which I was happy for normally you get a window of time when they will arrive and invariably they come at the end of the allotted time. He was Professional, knowledgeable on the system and answered any questions I could throw at him.

White sent a tech at my request to evaluate my current system and offer advice on improving heating and air conditioning of my home. The technician, Kevin, arrived on time and started work with questions for me. On the basis of the answers, he began checking out the system and troubleshooting. Finding a condition that meant replacement could be the best approach, he offered approaches and responded to my request for a full written estimate and quote by sending an email very shortly after our meeting. He was careful, technically sound, and thorough. White lady me very satisfied with their response to my request.

The technician was professional and efficient. Another company had performed an a/c service and told gave us a list of things wrong that needed repair. We were suspicious of their report so had White Mechanical do another service and said the units were both in good working order. They didn't try to pressure us into unnecessary repairs or additional services. Greatly appreciate their integrity and will definitely use again.

Kevin is the best A/C repair man on earth and White Mechanical is extremely generous! They sent one guy out to diagnose the problem and then Kevin came out to fix it. Super professional, very friendly, they do things the correct way, they don’t rush the job or care about taking your money, they came out for free because I am a good customer. Thank you so much!
