4 The customer service support over the phone is not the best, most of the time you are expecting at least 45 minutes waiting time to get an appointment.
This is my 3rd time trying and I am still not able to have someone to answer the call.
Been coming here for 17 years and you know it's time to change doctors once they put a hold on the elevator no matter if you wish just to go ask a question you cannot go up anymore they close at 530 yet the elevator stops at 430 going up. Not to mention the staff is very rude most of the time.
I have always liked this clinic, the social workers and doctors are good but the attention on the phones to solve a problem or for the message to reach the doctor aaa is frustrating 49 minutes online and they do not solve an emergency for the medicine my son is not fair and it bothers me a lot
Have been coming here for years since my kids were born. My daughter now 18 is pregnant and had had the worse experience with the clinic and staff. Very rude and lack of positive communication. We just ended up transferring to a whole new clinic.
