If your looking for a guniae pig with long curly hair or short hair, Go to this store. They have alot kind of guniae pig, I'm sure you will impress like me. This is the first time I'm writing a review for pet store cuz of I'm impressed with what I'm looking for and got at this store. I was looking for a white and brown color with long curly hair and here I am successful. This is my guniae pig Leo I just have him for like 4 days.

The staff are always very helpful when I bring my bird here to get his nails trimmed! He loves them, they do a great job at calming Rio down.

Beyond pleased with this pet store. I came here to scope them out and they let me handle one of their snakes. The snakes seemed really healthy and well taken care of. The staff who helped me was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back soon to purchase a snake from them when I am ready!

This place is awesome. They have many supplies, on demand. Once I had kitty cat that need medicine and thankful they had a full stock. They gave us clear directions and answered questions with much Patience. Very helpful there. Lots to see in small store.

Not friendly, went to buy a dog stroller, waited awhile looking around for some help because I saw the one I liked. They just walked by me, didn't even look my way. I walked out! Ordered from Amazon $29.99 for the same one that I wanted at White's. White's cost $149.99!

Returned to give them another chance since they are the "local business" three behind the counter visiting with each other in the reptile department. Not waiting on customers. If you expect a staff who is attentive and who knows products, go elsewhere. If you want a product with a reasonable price, go elsewhere. People in fish department would rather talk amongst themselves about feeding a dead frog (actually happened) to an eel than selling fish. One employee in that department works hard, others loaf. Overpriced. Go elsewhere. By the way they only guarantee fish for 48 hours, Petsmart 14 days. Ask yourself which is better.

Nobody in Visalia has pinhead crickets so whenever I'm in Fresno I stop in and buy as many as I can. My toads love them.

I come here all the time for food for my small animals. I honestly feel they can do better when it comes to the Guinea pigs and rats. The store has looked the same for 10 years, they can invest in better homes for animals that need more space. Shame on you for putting 6 male Guinea pigs together in a small confinement with 2 houses. They never have fresh veggies they don’t have great amounts of hay (that they need) and they all look miserable. Step your game up and take better care of your animals. Only pellets and pine bedding doesn’t cut it. Plus the multiple huge rats in small tanks. You’re a disgrace of pet shop. Invest in your store!
