Customer service was nice, and took care of business in a timely manner
I got a client and toke over a business, to re-locate a sink I had to submit architectural and plumbing plans to be routed to a 3rd party plan checker, I recommend my client to talk to the building official to ask for help and avoid all the plans check delays. Man! They don't care a peanut, if they delayed you, if you get discouraged by their heavy requisites or if you're losing money because of your closed business rent
Safe distancing enforced, temperature reading conducted before entering. I enjoyed the experience and felt Safe, respected and valued to conduct my business.
I like how they're following COVID-19 safety precautions. Great hostess and service at the building permit department and cashier.
New procedure is you must call and speak to someone before entering the building. Help stop the spread of covid-19. I will still able to speak to somebody and they were very helpful.
