I found whole body wellness online, I was suffering from a pinched nerve, and I was losing sleep. After evaluating my spine, I found out I have 9 vertebrae out of alignment. I am not kidding, after 2 cervical Decompression Therapy and 2 adjustments, I feel like my pain is vanishing and I am sleeping better.
