Whole Foods Market reviews
13 This location of Whole Foods is great. Easy free parking underneath the building. Airy escalator/moving walkway situation to get you in and out of the store.
The store was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I went early in the morning so there were not too many patrons so I was able to maneuver through quickly.
Lots of self check out and free paper shopping bags. I’m not normally a Whole Foods Shopper but during the pandemic I am looking for grocery stores that are clean, safe, and fairly quiet when I shop (earlier hours). They still wipe down carts and baskets for you unlike other stores.
Will definitely come back.
AMAZING SALES! SAVED $10 BY SCANNING THE APPS BARCODE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. GREAT QUALITY ONLY FOR MY SON️️
Always clean and organized. Wide hallways to shop around to keep that social distancing in effect.
Very clean store and they spray and sanitize the baskets! Great variety of seafood and smoke grilling!
Very clean. Store is well stocked. Parking lot is enclosed on a lower level. There are escalators to take your shopping cart in and out of the store to the parking lot
This should be listed as a Whole Foods. It's a great location with white aisles and ample parking.they also seem to take safety very seriously as I saw them making great efforts to keep everything clean and sanitized.
Love this Whole Foods. Parking is conveniently underneath, very clean, large store compared to the one in Sherman Oaks (that one is very small and not much room to move around when it's busy) and great selection at this one. If you're a mindful bargain shopper like me look for the 365 brand, very reasonable. Frequent here at least once a week.
Please stay open longer. I never get to go to this location and I live 3 minutes away. It’s so frustrating. 8pm is way too early. I’ve traveled all over for work and hit Whole Foods first thing upon arrival wherever I am. None of them ever closed before 9 - even in small towns. Please, please reconsider your hours. Thank you
This place is awesome! Large open floor plan, great parking situation and a vegetables/meat section that makes you want to buy all of the items every single time. BUT, that is where the awesome-ness ends. I have been frequenting this store ever since covid began its death march and as the weeks have progressed I have started to notice that the customer service has dipped somewhat. I have had run in's with people named Quincy who don't know how to properly handle their emotions or people like Jhameel who are lacking in the "social skills department" and choose not to communicate on a cordial level. In all fairness, these don't sum up the entire store as I have had many other great experiences at this particular location but as we have seen lately, all it takes is a few rotten apples to bring it all down. There are a few options, sometimes a bit more affordable options to go shopping for groceries around the area but I choose Whole Foods for it's ideal's, quality, and atmosphere. Asking for the customer service to be on par with these doesn't seem like too much to ask for. Hiring the right team members is crucial to the success of any operation but proper training is the crux of it all. Get it together!
The meat guys seems not friendly, he can hardly hear us to the point we have to say it loud like were yelling already. Then he left without finishing our order. But he came back surprised we were still there waiting.
Can't find people to help. Both specific items I went for they no longer carry. Was told that Corporate makes the decision to stop carrying products. No wonder brick and mortar sites are closing. Ordered both products online.
Omgosh.grocery shopping Heaven! Other than super high prices, this place is great.clean, awesome parking, unbelievable selection!
It was my first time! Very pleasant and helpful associates! Quinton, in the meat area, was so helpful with my selection!
