Whole Foods Market reviews
16Slow lines and no self checkouts. No bulk dispensers. Not as well stocked as other Whole Foods.
Horribly staffed. The "express" line was a 30 minute wait to check out, and the regular and express lines were so long, they were running into each other, and nobody could get by. The lines are always a huge wait no matter what time I come.
Not a pleasant experience: some items depleted or pushed far back on shelf so hard to reach (dairy), unattended restock items left in middle of aisles with blockage resulting, very long checkout lines all the way to back of store, shortage of carts, all on top of sky high prices (salad bar $13 a pound). Sometimes overcharge at register.
I only shop there because it is only market within walking distance.
Convenient neighborhood location however the wait times are horrendous. Self checkouts need to be added
Yes, Whole Foods Markets tend to be more expensive than other natural food markets. On the other hand, Whole Foods existence has resulted in the additional planting of probably tens of thousands of acres of organically grown food. And, as someone who has distributed and still does distribute items through Whole Foods, I know they are very strict on sustainability and healthy living.
I see the tendency of having extremely rude cashiers has become normal in Whole Foods. This is simply disgusting. How long do you think customers are going to tolerate this? This issue has been raised several times in previous reviews. What has been done to improve it? Just meaningless responses and apologies. Hire the training company, help people to become polite and respectful to their customers. In the expectation of better changes, I would avoid visiting this chain.
Unusual long lines and wait at the register make one assume there is a management challenge to be addressed
I went early Saturday morning and beat the crowd. Well stocked shelves and friendly staff made it very nice.
Hipster's place. You cannot buy regular soda or beer like Coke or Bud. You need to buy organic, gluten free, Peruvian mate or Vietnamese lager.
Good place for good quality food.
Very small parking
Don't shop here unless you want to be dismissed and not taken seriously at the customer service desk by its disservice people, department manager and buyers. The store owner Ryan has still not returned my written requests after three months, even after complaining about him and his store at the 800 number. I'll never shop here again but may walk by and use its toilets as they are much cleaner than the rival Safeway across the street. Smdh.
24th street thinks it's hot but the Whole Foods is probably why. While it's not exactly a charming distillation of what's on the avenue in general, this is clearly why people flock to the area. Well kept, but HARD TO PARK AT, so be aware of that. Not much parking relative to the size of the store.
Overpriced and it doesn't carry spices it used to. The warm food and salad bar went from $6.99 per # to $9.99. I only go there for the vegan pizza now. After 6 pm it doesn't have vegan anymore, only pork pepperoni. Not everybody can eat pork. There is such an item as beef pepperoni. Whole paycheck should know that little tidbit. Smh.
Exactly what you’d expect from Whole Foods. Parking lot is always crowded and the check out lines are always long though.
This store is disgusting. There is white slime on the produce shelves that transfers to the heads of lettuce. The associate at the deli did not change their greasy gloves before handling ham that is to be consumed raw, letting the slices fall onto the bare metal of the slicer which was not sanitized before or after.
This whole food always have less cashier. It’s still a pandemic time. I am wondering why they don’t open more cashier so that they don’t hold many people n long queue in the store.
Definitely a sign of very inefficient n careless store manager
