Whole Foods Market reviews
21 Hate to say this but I have to. The floor clerk was assembling the pre-packaged donut display and I saw her open the plastic container with an un-gloved hand and reassemble the donuts inside. Turned me off. Will not buy prepared display stuff there anymore.
The coffee across from the pizza stand is good and no wait and a good price at $2.00 a cup.
The store was surprisingly clean and put together 2 days before Thanksgiving. They're out of spiral ham but the butcher still had turkeys and turkey breast even predeasoned. Most other items also in-stock like cranberry sauce, cream of mushroom soup and green beans. The deli even had prepared sides but the line was pretty long
Clean, orderly, locally sourced goods. Employees are super friendly. The only troublesome aspect this morning was a woman with a dog on a leash that nipped at my husband. Wondering what the policy is on bringing animals into the eating areas.
I'm not a big fan of this store, my experience is usually overpriced, crammed and rude. But this store in Pasadena felt different, to start there is a decent sized parking structure making parking a cinch, the store is two levels which made for enough space to navigate, there's a cart escalator and the workers were pleasant. I'll be back.go ahead make my shopping day!
Love the vegetables, fruits, and meats. However, undercovers follow my partner and I since we enter and exit the market. It’s not ok to follow us just because we look certain way, for example, we look Latinos. I did not saw undercovers following other ethnicities that look European. If undercovers are going to do their job, they better do it professionally and not make it obvious. I am not planning to return back to this market. Also, my partner and I are decent and kind people. We have excellent records.
Worker at the pizza kiosk located in the WFM's hot foods is very helpful and informed me of the many self service options there were for me to choose from when ordering a slice of pie!
Those hard to find organic products can always be found @ Whole Foods. Great service, organization and awesome products
Really clean, attentive staff wonderful place to pickup Amazon orders. All good and drinks are fresh and.the juice bar staff go out of their way to please.make you feel important and you want to buy more!
For first time shoppers, the two floor experience was confusing. Luckily a staff member was kind to help out. Meat dept staff was very helpful and friendly.
Super good as always. Great products and too quality. Even their plants are mostly really good and at relatively good prices. However in general it’s quite expensive ao unfortunately not a place I would recommend for the weekly grocery shopping.
Very clean, well-stocked Whole Foods Market. Aisles have been widened to apart to today’s social distancing practices. Staff have been very helpful at this store. Parking is plentiful in their Whole Foods underground parking garage.
This Whole Foods is a great spot to come relax with a plethora of delicious hot food items at the bar. Also try out their unique pastries, crisp cold Lemon lime or cola soda can for. 50¢. I recommend any sandwich lovers try the cibatta roll roast beef with tons of sauces cheese and pressed on a panini grilled hot and toasty.
I love this place but I wish it was more in my budget. I usually end up coming here to stop at the Amazon Hub to pick up items I've ordered. Might I say they have an easy system to work with.
A, usually, well stocked whole foods. They have lots of hot options (ramen, pizza, breakfast bar, ect) and even a sports bar. The fresh baked bread daily is delicious. I am a fan of the meat counter. The guys are helpful and friendly. The store could have better bike parking. Overall I have had positive experiences at this whole foods.
We go to Whole Foods Pasadena on purpose because:
1. It's the largest Whole Foods store in Los Angeles at driving distance
2. There is the largest variety of items on 2 floors to choose from
3. It's super friendly to navigate the supermarket
4. It's beautifully displayed. My favorite one is the orchid show at the entrance.
5. Their self checkout allow you to pay with various payment methods without having to have require the assistance of a cashier on location.
6. As it is Whole Foods, you already know that you are going to find the healthiest alternatives for everything.
7. Oh! And the restrooms are located close to the feminine hygiene section, which is very practical and thoughtful
8. I'm sure there are more reasons, but these are the ones that are on top of mind right now.
Maybe it is just me all these great reviews don't get me wrong the place rocks, but there is a fella in the meat dept.well he sucks
This store is fantastic in every regard! It is always well-stocked and clean, and the parking is ample. The selection of organic groceries is very very good. However the absolute best thing about this store are the staff. They have been friendly, helpful and super efficient every single time that I have shopped here. I started shopping just a few months ago, usually on a weekly basis, and waited to post this review until I had enough visits to offer an accurate assessment. The 'amazing staff' review applies to every single employee at every single visit so far - cashier, stocker, butcher, bakery staff, etc. In fact, the employees who fill curbside pickup orders are also amazing people, both because I've been very pleased using the pickup option and because I have witnessed the care they take selecting items especially the produce items in the store. They shop with the same care that I use.
Well done everyone! Keep up the great work!
This is, of course, their flagship store. While the selection is still outstanding for organic, ethically sourced, etc, I miss their version of a food court and wine bar (which I unfortunately didn't have a chance to try.)
Tue afternoon is not as crowed as weekend, which usually has line out of door. The store does control how many people inside the store during Pandemic, which it's good.
They didn't have my favorite sake so I asked the manager if they could source it and they did! Everything you could ever want and more!
