I was in need of some fruit chopped up so my father on his last legs could eat it.they graciously were able to accommodate me.he was able to eat it.thankyou Nairia and Austin your the best.

I have known this store since before it became a Whole Foods years and years ago. It used to be a great local health food store but after acquisition by Whole Foods they stopped carrying so many of the health food brands that we know and love in favor of 365 products predominantly.
They do have a good meat and seafood selection but today we went in and were shocked by the young guy working in the meat department (young hippy-ish guy) who simply should never work in customer service. I’ve seen him there multiple times and his attitude has always been poor, but today was over the top. He was super rude - acting like we were disturbing him with our 100 dollars of meat purchases. So sorry to ask you to do your job.
He was terrible. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I used to shop exclusively at this store but have transitioned mostly to Oliver’s and Pacific Markets. But after today I won’t go back to this WF again. Crummy product selection and the meat department with this guy there is unacceptable.

Loved this Whole Foods! Stayed in a town about 30min away (Bodega Bay) and came here for a few days worth of meals. They had everything we were looking for (good selection of frozen meals, tons of local produce, great selection of snacks), and the staff was so friendly. We even made a friend at the cheese station!

The manager of this store is rude. I tried paying for the usual meals I get in Santa Rosa only for the guy to accuse me of stealing some food I never eat! He did get on his knees and apologized

I don’t know why I hate Whole Foods so much. I don’t think it’s anything wrong with the staff or the products… It’s the customers, why do they attract such inconsiderate people?

Staff is great, they have many options for different types of diets when I need help with anything i get the help of the great staff. Thank you!

I love whole foods market. I didn't until I started eating better and knew or understood the importance of eating better. Whole foods protects you from eating junk food

Sebastopol seperates their Whole Foods, so that the Vitamin/Beauty store is seperate.and it has an amazing assortment of soaps, candles, aroma therapy and related things, also it has a very comprehensive vitamin section.

To be honest I went in to the deil for a sandwich and stand in front of the sandwich counter and not one person would take my order I waited 20 minutes and nobody said I'll be right with you or anything not happy about this place at all

More than once I have experienced rude and 'tude cashiers. I will no longer be shopping here.

It's a smaller Whole Foods. Which means it doesn't carry everything you might want that you can get from the WF in Santa Rosa, but there are alternatives. The hot bar breakfast burrito was good. Cashiers were kinda rude. Just had an attitude vs being friendly when checking your stuff out. Overall not a bad store, but just a heads up to people who never been to this one before, it's just not yhe same as the coddingtown store.

Good for a pinch though.

Beware of this place I think there's still trying to figure out how to be a grocery store
