I have an 11 month old daughter and last week I went to the store to put in a cake order. I wanted the chantilly cake to read “Happy 1 year Breastfeeding” but the woman at the counter said she couldn’t do it because corporate wouldn’t allow profanity on a cake… This is insane to me. Breastfeeding is the most natural thing in the world and it is legal to do so publicly so shouldn’t celebrating the fact that I made it and survived 1 of the hardest years of my life also be legal and something your company is able to do?

Corporates response: Unfortunately, what is allowed/can be written on our cakes is at the store's discretion. However, what I will do is send an email to the store's leadership to follow up with you to see if this is something that can be done.

I haven’t heard from anyone yet. And they’re just using each other as a scapegoat.

I would think that Whole Foods is the type of company that would want to celebrate women’s bodies and new mothers. I am so disappointed. Especially since I shop here all the time and love their Chantilly cake.

It's a beautiful store I enjoy going there I've gone there for many years but I only give it a four because the female stuff at the cheese department and also cashier were somewhat unfriendly.
The lady behind the cheese counter could not provide a price of a cheese she stated that she doesn't usually work at the department but she also did not try to obtain that information from anyone.
And then the cashier ask me if I wanted a bag I said yes and in the end she did not give one and said that I had mention I did not want her back which was a complete lie.
And she was rude about the whole transaction from beginning to end very unfriendly probably was having a bad day, not sure.

I asked for assistance, and the employee female was more occupied with what she was doing and dismissive. Without seeing the item i was asking about before finishing my sentence, she just said everything is out.this is the problem nowadays with no pride in their job.

It's a grocery store not much more can be said.
Not the best place ever but can't complain.
If you want to move up it's possible. Good people that always help out when you need it
and everyone works together well, the Pros
20% discount.

A nice big store with a lot of selection. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh. If you don't have time, there are also many offers for immediate consumption. There is sushi, salads and even a buffet. If you want it to be particularly quick and cheap, you can also get slices of pizza. They are always freshly prepared on site and taste even better than in some restaurants.

Every time I go here, i encounter multiple dogs in the store - not service dogs, just the dogs owned by entitled d-bags who think this is ok. It's not. It's unsanitary and against the law. Management should be ashamed of themselves for not enforcing the law, to keep their store sanitary and decent for their customers.

Awesome store, very clean, bright, and Airy! The employees are very helpful in finding whatever I needed. And their prepared food section is almost overwhelming with choices. I recommend do not go there when you're hungry! LOL! You'll end up buying too much food on a whim!

Manager MJ is extremely rude and has no skills of customer service. Yelling on the customers. It’s really bed representation of Amazon company who is always focusing on customer service.
I came to return cheese which become moldy. Completely untouched hard cheese, Parmesan and another similar type. It does not have expiration date on it, but has a sell by date which is different than expiration. When I purchase it I asked about it. And cheese is fermented item which should not go bad with in couple weeks from purchase. MJ said that she is the highest manager in the store when I asked to speak to the store manager, but when I called her general manager while making a video of her walking away from me she start taking her words back and said that she is not a general manager and refuse to give any information of who it is or call him. So extremely unprofessional and disappointing that Wholefood/Amazon keeps this type of employee in the team.

Amazon’s ownership of Whole Foods is an ongoing case study of sub-optimization (really, counter-optimization) : taking what was once a great thing, a unique experience and a place to buy things (with quality, organic ingredients) where you couldn’t anywhere else — and trashing it. Well (not) done, Amazon! This particular outlet seems to be the flagship for their counter-optimization campaigns. It’s starting to feel like a Smart and Final (actually, I think there’s more organic produce nowadays at the latter, at lower prices). Plastic plastic plastic packaging everywhere, crusty decaying “hot” foods (always the same — from a commissary?), harder to find organic anything (including the friggin’ SALAD BAR! What are we to call this place “Hole Foods”!?). What an absolute disaster.

Don't ask what's in the food they make there. That's apparently none of your business.kind of strange for a health food brand, no? Mindboggling amount of run-around between Whole Foods central customer support and local "management" (or lack thereof). Some really rude and unprofessional employees. Was an eye-opener at how poor the operations of WF actually are behind the scenes.

[Yea, no thanks. 2 weeks wasted with your customer care is plenty enough]

One of my favorite parts of Whole Foods is the bacon bar in the smoked meats counter. I especially like the house-made hot smoked salmon. The prepared foods section is always fresh and delicious and it’s convenient to pick up a fresh slice of pizza here every once in a while.

All the employees were rude to my wife who just had liver transplant in June and walks with walker. Never going back! Very disappointed in employees rolling their eyes at her and the unnecessary attitudes when she was just trying to find food the doctor allows her to eat. I would consider this treatment prejudiced. We walked out without an apology from one employee for their actions!

I ran into an extremely RACIST person in Whole Foods today. This old white woman won’t let me and my mom have this empty cart in the supermarket. It’s clearly empty and no one was using it. There are five other empty ones out there too. We already put a bunch of our groceries in it. As soon as she saw us, she put her hands on the cart and stopped us. She told us we can’t use the cart because it’s for pick up only. She said we had to go all the way out to grab a new cart. My mom doesn’t speak English and she didnt have phone with her. I can’t leave her alone. I told that person we need to use this cart real quick and she just won’t let go. Still hogging our cart. Like it’s her property. UNREAL. Extremely mean and entitled. Doesn’t feel like we are customers at all. I said is it because we are Asian? Are you being Racist? She finally let go of the cart and yelled to my face “ you are a VERY nasty person”. It’s 2023. If calling out someone being racist is NASTY. Ok I take it. I’d rather be nasty than be a pushover. Their store manager, some young girl, told me I have no right or proof to accuse her being racist. I’m like you have no proof to prove she’s not. THEY ONLY PROTECT THEIRSELVES. She’s still defending that employee. They will NEVER apologize.

It can be a little hectic if you coming in by car, having to find a space where there aren't many, the going up/down escalated or elevator. Once inside, the ceilings are high so it does a great job of making you feel like you are in a big space but with the function of a small grocery and take out restaurants.

The business is good, but most of the customers are stuck up, unfriendly, arrogant, conceited and completely unpleasant at all. The aire of superiority is present on a high level, Americans foreigners alike, shameful.

It’s hard to beat product quality at most Whole Foods stores. This one in particular is an incredibly well-oiled machine given its demanding consumers in a prestigious neighborhood. Parking is a breeze and great one stop shop location to handle other errands at once

What a great place to purchase food, flowers and personal items. I was looking for something light and fresh to eat for lunch. I found a great salad. The salad was fresh and not expensive. The wine selection is awesome! Check out is fast. There are helpful employees all over the store. Make sure you validate your parking ticket before leaving.

1. I recommend the owners scrape their money together to fix the patio entrance. It’s marked “Team Member Entrance Only” so if someone (many people eat at Whole Foods) needs to get utensils, condiments, napkins, go use the restroom, you name it, they have to walk the whole width of the store through the entrance and circle back to the patio - probably at least 50 feet of walking. Frustrating. Is this store making anything with all the high prices?
Please get that door fixed - just a weird awkward thing for guests to deal with. If they catch you opening that door - scolded. Obviously the auto-door is not working.

2. The bar area has been off limits to customers. It’s open once in a blue moon and before covid it used to be like a loud fun party. Employees that catch you eating God forbid, in the bar area, they will tell you it’s only for employees on their break.

3. The people making juices do an excellent job BTW!
