Found them online while looking for quinceañera decor. I was surprised at their great prices. I was impressed with how fast I got my delivery. The table decorations I ordered are just what I was looking for. This company will be my go to for any future needs.

This is my second time buying preserved moss from WF&S. I was pleased with the way they handled my order, even though it wasn't a large one: being helpful over the phone answering my questions and fast shipping. The product was good, better then others I bought before for more money. Reasonably clean and nicely shaped. I will order from them again.

Today received a call from one your reps named Russ telling me that my NDA order was on hold because after packing the items up it was going to be additional $15.00 dollars. I ask him why was I being penalize for an website error on their behalf, he went on to tell me that the website only gives estimates that this happens all the time; and that they are given a $5.00 window to cover anything less than $5.00. Now I have worked and (still is working) in customer service for 15+ years and never had any of the global companies I worked for penalized the customer for a "quote" or "estimate" that was provided to them at time of ordering. Then to top it off Russ showed no empathy towards the situation, this was my second order from your company and now it will be my last. I was actually planning on using those trays for my business along with other supplies from your company.

Overpriced merchandise and a bad return policy. Buyer beware! This place advertises they are wholesale to the public but the prices are just what you pay in any other retail location. I had brand new merchandise in a box factory sealed with the receipt. This was an accessory item, not fresh flowers, and could easily be put back on the shelf and resold. Purchase was under one week ago. Store refused to refund my money. Only wanted to give me store credit. Since this is a limited and niche market this is effectively extremely poor customer service. So buyer beware get your floral supplies at Michaels Hobby Lobby Amazon or other similar store you'll pay the same price and be protected if you need to return something.

Midday on Friday is probably one of their busiest times, but the staff is still efficiently courteous. They have a large selection of fresh flowers and an impressive array of vases and various other flower related items. The prices are good, especially if you want a variety of choices.

This is a very very magical store. Every single item is handpicked, well taken care of. Staff is helpful. Parking great. The most charming and addictive store ever

They made my daughter's purple wedding bouquet. It was amazing and everyone said how beautiful it was especially the bride. Thank you for helping make the day special and we also picked up flowers there for bridal party to make their own bouquets. It was easier than I thought and the prices were amazing.

Best prices in San Diego. I bought all my wedding flowers through them and they got me everything I needed.sometimes it can be difficult to find someone to help you but overall a good experience every time I've been there. Around the holidays they do loose greens by the pound, so stock up for your wreath making!

It's the first time I had ever been. They have amazing fresh flowers. You can't preorder so you take your chances on what they have but I was able to put together cute flower arrangements for my granddaughters 21st birthday party

This is the best place to get flowers in all of san Diego in my opinion. Not only do they have knowledgeable, friendly and competent staff but they have all kinds of great flowers and accessories. If your not feeling like creating your own bouquet they got ya covered. Really cool store and prices are more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend to others
