Wienerschnitzel, Long Beach CA

This one REALLY saddens me because I love Wienerschnitzel however this specific location is HORRIBLE! The staff is lazy and ignore you while they just stand around and talk to each other and play on their phones even though the drive-thru was backed up and the walk-up counter had multiple people waiting to order as well as door dashers waiting for their pick-ups smh. Every other location Ive been to was professional and prompt but I wouldve given this location 0 Stars if I could. After waiting for a little over an hour for a shake and one luau dog this is what they gave me. Where's the onion? Where's the bacon? Is that supposed to be pineapple? Look up what its supposed to look like and tell me. Would you have lost your appetite like I did? I couldn't even talk myself into consuming whatever that was.

Always one of my go to spots for chili dogs. Very friendly workers here very hospitable. Kudos and ty for making long beach great.

They get the order right which is nice. Essentially, it's wienerschnitzel. You know what you're getting.

Their fries are delicious.

This Wienerschnitzel drive thru was packed 930pm on national hot dog day.
There was a bit of a wait, as to be expected.
The workers were hustling, the lady at the window was very nice, food was fresh, piping hot and super tasty!

Thanks for closing an hour and 15 minutes before listed hours, while cars are in the drive thru and just ignoring me while I waited.

Employees to busy talking amongst themselves to hear what I was trying to order and when I was done ordering they ignored my friend who was trying to order something right after me…
They need to work on their customer service.

Hi Senior citizen Patti K here a long time Wienersnitzel fan. I have nothing but great experiences with you and your dogs. I've have had chili all-beef dogs & sauerkraut mustard polish dogs. Your chicken sandwiches corn dogs & burgers are mixed in there. All accompanied with soda & your fabulously addictive french fries. Oh and your soft serve cones and shakes. Did I mention the jalapenos. Yummy. Thanks for being so conveniently located too. Patti Keeler

I was not too impressed with their chilli cheese hot dogs. The chilli cheese fries were good. If your craving hot dogs there are better options.

Always busy, but it's been a childhood place and I'm now taking my grandkids there

AMAZING STAFF! DELICIOUS FRESH FOOD, ALWAYS MADE TO ORDER! I DON'T MIND THE WAIT KNOWING IM GETTING THE BEST QUALITY! ALSO, THE OWNER SUPER, SUPER NICE!

The the chilli was mostly just liquid in my Chilli cheese fries and hot dog. But the corn dog bites were delicious and fresh

The service has been slow lately they need to speed it up and they need to make sure the hot dogs are actually hot inside every time I come and get a hot dog there lately but it feels like they barely put it on the grill it's just lukewarm and they need to be hotter inside

It was fine. Unfortunately they don't use mayo on their burgers anymore. Other than that fries are hot and fresh. Always a good thing.

Worst customer service! After waiting for over five minutes and workers seeing someone was at the walk-up window. "Sara" one of the cashiers said they weren't taking any walk-up orders only Uber Eats, Doordash, etc. Unfortunately, no signage anywhere said that. I told her that if they had put up a sign advising customers that I wouldn't have wasted my time ordering at the walk-up window. She proceeds to walk away and never returned. They left me standing there for another five minutes and I proceeded to ask for the manager. Manager "Johnny" came to the window and I told him what had happened and by this time I was pretty upset at the poor customer service and I asked for the name of their supervisor and corporate number which he told be to look it up online. This place has very poor customer service and poor management skills when dealing with customers. I won't be returning to this Wienerschnitzel ever again and will share my experience with friends and family.

I was given the wrong order last time I went there about 3 weeks ago and I tried to call them and my calls kept going to voice mail. I emailed the company and got a call pretty soon after I emailed and they had the same problem and they couldn't get the store to answer. They told me the next time I went back there to let them know that I had got the wrong order and they would give me it. She told me that was all I had to do so I just went back there and they wouldn't give it to me so that's 2 trips and not the right meal so I give up and won't go there no more.

So they were opened but didn't allow walk ups at the window and only allowed drive thru which didn't make any sense to me?

Nothing too fancy. Standard corn dogs. I liked those. The chili not so much. I'll just get that on the side of my chili dog next time.

I love this location, the hotdog buns are always fresh, the chili is delish and hot. The all beef hotdog.
