Wienerschnitzel, Visalia CA

Got to hang out with my mom. She wanted a Chili dog so she told me about wienerschnitzel. Went And we enjoyed a Good meal. Fries were pretty good. Atmosphere was decent. Customer service can be better. Wasn't terrible. Just had to focus on customers and less on each other. Was also a clean atmosphere bathrooms also. So if you want something fast to eat and with Good Decent taste Go To wienerschnitzel. I recommend it.

The chili was cold. Way over filled my fries with a bunch of chilli. Fries where not fresh, but the people there were awesome.

We eat here a lot because we work close by. The manager at this store is AWESOME. But my last two visits he wasn't in and they didn't honor my request for well done fries both times. Kinda frustrating. We're the only customers in the store this visit, no reason the extra couple minute drop should be a problem.

I came here last Friday night at 9: 32pm. Hours said they close at 10pm but the guy working said they were already closed.

They were fairly quick, courteous and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! I'll go back.

Rude staff, who ever is managing this location needs new staff or a better restaurant manager or shift manager. It’s no wonder there not much locations around anymore.

I would give zero stars if I could. Manager was very disrespectful, unprofessional and very rude! He hung up on me even when I was still talking on the phone. Manager first name is Toyon. I did make a complaint to customer service as well. Very disappointed especially when I go eat there. Never again.

They want you to wear a mask still but don't wear gloves while they're handling your food

This is our spot to go whenever we are craving it while in Visalia. We may not be able to sit inside but always have our spot to park and eat. Then we always have our little squirrel friends come by for some fries. They are just the cutest. My sons fave are the chili cheese fries which he calls CHEESE FRIES. Everything is always good & we never have any complaints & ABSOLUTELY LOVE the variety of lemonades they have the. SO GOOD

If any of you coworkers or managers there see this n don't like it hmu I'll show up in person and maybe y'all will actually serve SOMETHING

Giving it a 1star because the staff working today were rude. Got food around 3: 15 to 3: 30pm and they appeared friendly, however they don't talk quietly enough when they are making fun of customers. I personally will never go again.

Ordered food from the drive thru yesterday and when we went to the drive thru window the staff was making fun of my mom which was VERY RUDE as they were obviously talking bad about how she looked and stuff because the one staff member had pointed at her and started laughing. We are NEVER ordering food were here again.

They close whenever they want. So good luck. I was there at 845 on a Fri night and they just kinda stare at u.

They close @ 10. We got there @ 920 & they closed up already. The 2 employees inside told us 'too bad-were closed' wouldn't give us their names & laughed when we said we'd call corporate. Then told us it was a franchise. Horrible customer service.

The staff was courteous and friendly and the food was freshly made and hot and delicious as usual.

Used the drive thru and was waiting at the speaker, waited for a bit and proceeded to get barked at by the guy in the drive thru to “you were already greeted” in a rude tone. I wasn’t even greeted because of how far back my car was from the car in front of me. Decided to pull off and not get any food from this place. Dude needs some more training on how to speak with customers.
