Hi we had a possible problem with our A/C unit at our rental in nipomo. Christopher came by after an unplanned scheduled appointment issue, found no leak that was reason for callout, completely checked the A/C unit and found no leaks or issues. We were very happy with all of the staff, from the Comfort Advisor to the technicians and office support staff. The mapping of the new system was very thorough and important to the efficiency and performance of our new Heat Pump System, by expanding and adding air registers in the kitchen, bathroom en suite, and bedroom. The supervising technician chose to keep parts of the duct work that were in good shape, which saved us money, which we very much appreciated! He also was a problem solver with the placement of our outdoor air conditioner and the wiring and coming up with a solution that was acceptable to both of us. The technicians were very respectful and communicative when installing the system and showed us the main functions of the Wireless Controller as well. We love the look and size of the outdoor fan and the fact that it's so silent is amazing! It is also silent inside the home. Everything is balanced and we are so comfortable without any extreme temperatures. I didn't realize what I was missing! Experiencing the new heating and air system is wonderful! I am so glad we chose to replace our old system with the new heat pump and air system. It is an investment, but the benefits far outweigh the cost. I would highly recommend Wighton's for any heating and air needs. We are two very happy customers!

We had a tilting toilet.not a fun, uh, ride. James (the Tech), called to let me know he was on his way. He explained how his visit was planned out, and kept me informed of how the work was going, what would cause unexpected extra work. He was pleasant and efficient. Nice fellow, too.
I found Wighton's Plumbing through Anji's List, though have heard of them prior. They had a very good rating, 4.9 out of 5. A little pricey but if I had gone for the usual three estimates, the individual costs for each service call would likely have cost me more when added to a final bill from anyone.
The flange ended up needing replacement, and a lot of shims necessary because the floor has settled sell below thetop of the flange. But it's now solid and I don't have to run to the other end of the house in the middle of the night!

Fixed my heater quick and at a fair price. Technition was informative and helpful. I continue to use them for plumbing as well. James was super helpful and explained everything clearly

We've been happy Wighton's customers for years. When we moved to our new home 5+ years ago, we began the pre-paid annual maintenance visit for AC, furnace and water heater. WORTH the $ and peace of mind! This year we got advice for maintaining our new AC in between check ups to save $ and service interruptions.

Marco did only the work that was needed and provided tips on how to remedy other issues I might encounter.

Repairman diagnosed the problems and had the parts on the truck so repairs were done the same day. The home is a rental and renters say it is working great.

Derek was our plumber and he did a great job! Fixed our toilet and sink problems in about an hour. Fast and efficient. Also the front office and dispatcher that I spoke to was very nice and competent as well. Would definitely use again.
