Buying process was very fast and efficient, not salesy at all. They contacted my insurance directly and help me through each step if I had questions. Even drove the car to my house in Santa Barbara! If I could give a higher rating I would, I had a very great buying experience with sales man Rocky Monzon (Very cool guy and easy to talk to). I purchased a 2013 Mercedes CL250 in Van Nuys, about a week ago and I must say I am very satisfied with my purchase and most importantly I give credit to the salesman Rocky for answering all my questions, test driving, and being able to work with especially with me being new to Los Angeles. I called into Wii and spoke to Jose. He was extremely nice and took care of all the paperwork for me in a day. James came to my house to appraise the car and was amazing! Came to my house on time and was extremely professional. He inspected me car and gave me an extremely fair offer in about 15 mins. I sold my car right away and I'm extremely happy with my services at Wii! Everything moves fast and easy with them, definitely recommend!

The young sales man who assisted me was Richard Corte, and I would recommend anybody to him directly without thinking twice. I was in constant communication with Richard for about three days in attempts to get the best deal on the Camaro I specifically wanted. Richard was very professional, detailed, and attentive to all of my concerns and questions. He even offered to deliver the vehicle so I wouldn't drive and was nothing but helpful the entire time. When I was able to go in person to finalize the purchase, I felt the true overall good energy, and dedicated assistance transmitted from all the staff members. My father was with me and was more than satisfied with the way he was attended as well. John in sales was also very helpful and detailed when explaining my contract.

I have had multiple used and new car dealership experiences this year, so I definitely can vouge and say that this is the ONE place that is different from the rest.

I am lost for words, Wii autosales has helped me drive off with the ford explorer that i have been eyeing on for the longest. I am a first time buyer with a fresh out the oven credit. Long story short.i was looking for a SUV or a truck for the family, and personal use, i was worried due to my credit being good but fresh that i might half to put down a substantial amount of funds which would've made me think twice of going to a dealership, before Wii autosales i message another dealer regarding about a 2008 f150 crew cab they had posted for the same amount that i had got the 2013 ford explorer, they had told me due to my credit i would half to put down 6k and was offered another vehicle that just didn't not fit with my family standers.here's what they offered and nothing else! A 2003 2door ford f150 5speed that looked sponsored buy eBay cheapest of the cheapest nock off china brand parts, they didn't leave me with any other option i found Wii autosales and spoke to lindzee via message and told me to come down for a test drive and see how you like it. Sure enough the next day came and got a call from Richard Corte as a reminder for the test drive, i arrived at the dealership and called Richard that i had made it for the test drive, with in 20min i saw the explorer and drove it and loved it.now comes the paperwork and credit check, Richard made everything happened to get me to drive off with the explorer. I am very satisfied and blessed to get this opportunity to drive the SUV i have been wanting for the family.huuuuuuuuuge thanks to Richard and the team there, me and my family felt very welcomed

My husband I bought a truck from this place and the sevice and sales team are excellent. We had help from sale rep Jose Valencia and his service can't be described with simple words. Totally recommend it.

I took delivery of a Tacoma and was back the next day with a check engine light issue. Then 3 days later I had to go back a second time, they still have not sent the check out on my trade in and it has been over 10 days which is now negatively impacting my credit report. Their mechanic seems honest and was helpful, sales and finance lack integrity and follow through. I would not recommend them if you are lokking for a new/used car.

They will force you to sign a contract saying you cannot return the car.
