Wow, if I could rate this bakery 7 stars, I would! Everything is absolutely delicious and I loved the vast variety of goods they provide.
Being an avid traveller, I have tried numerous bakeries around the world and I REALLY mean it when I say Wild Flour has the BEST bread I have ever tasted. They even had delicious vegan cookies and vegan scones, which I did not expect to find at such a remote location. I also bought the Rye Bread and Pumpkin Bread (which had a gingerbread / pumpkin pie flavor, but without the extreme sweetness). When I came around 9: 20 AM, the Pumpkin Bread was still warm from the oven and my mom and I could not resist eating the whole thing! It is THAT good. The passion that the bakers make it with really reflects in the taste.
The entire staff is so kind and warmhearted and they really make the customer feel welcome. Even though they only had cold apple juice on the menu, they kindly offered to steam it for me after I asked if they had apple cider!
Although Wild Flour is quite far coming from the San Francisco Bay Area (1-1.5 hours), it is well worth the drive and you can even make it into a mini road trip on a Sunday, as the road to here is full of beautiful nature. There is even a lovely, peaceful garden in the back, where you can enjoy the food and coffee you buy. I am definitely coming back for more!

Consistently amazing bread and other treats. Their sticky buns are legendary. I have never been disappointed in anything that I bought there.

WOW! I heard the baked goods were great here and Wild Flour certainly lived up to the hype. We were staying in Occidental so luckily they were right down the hill from us. It's a very cute, unassuming roadside bakery nestled between the vineyards of the Sonoma hills. There was already a line forming right when they opened. We ordered three scones and a sticky bun. I've had many scones but these were heavenly. My favorite was the Apple, Blueberry Cinnamon scone (vegan). Not too sweet, freshly baked with ridges you'd expect from a scone but still delicate in the middle. If you're in Sonoma county I think it's definitely worth the drive!

Some of the best bread I've ever had. From their mushroom and cheese Fougasse to the sweet sticky buns. It's Fabulously yummy

The fresh breads are truly out of this world. We grabbed a loaf on a recent visit and it was so good that we took a 45 minute detour the next day on the way home to pick up 6 more loaves to keep in the freezer and enjoy until we can visit again.

DELICIOUS!

I was in town this weekend and had to stop here twice! The first time I got a vegan Chocolate chip cookie, second time got a a chocolate raspberry scone and a chai tea latte.

Simply delicious, staff was so friendly, will make sure to come back every time I’m passing through!

The line can be long and it is worth spending time, chatting with other bakery lovers and enjoying the lovely space. One of the places we stop between Bay Area and Gualala.

The best scones in all the land. Fougasse and Egyptian are musts for me everytime but honesty everything they do is amazing.

No line at 2pm Friday. Still had our faves in stock, but sold out of others. Amazing garden adjacent to bakery, for a moment of Zen before heading to Santa Rosa.

Always a destination! Been coming here over 20 years. Didn't make it out of the parking lot last time. Without a second trip through the line! The Gouda flat is my fav. And if you're lucky enough to get a scone. GET IT. ANY flavor they may have will be delicious!

Lovely place! I was an absolute nut and got the Salty Dog, Wonder, Pumpkin, Egyptian, Sticky Bun loaves, and the Strawberry Rhubarb gluten free scone, and the Triple Berry scone.

Will have to go back to try their signature Wildflour loaf and the Fougasse (and stock up on scones) but my favorite loaf was the Salty Dog, which the staff recommended.

I don’t like very heavy, dense breads, so I probably wouldn’t get the Pumpkin again although it was tasty. I also wouldn’t get the Wonder again even though it was delicious because the Salty Dog is way better and takes it up a notch flavor-wise with the mixed Rye and salt.

The Turmeric Wellness latte with oat milk was good and the gluten free and regular scones are absolutely delicious. Would go back again!

Stopped by here on my way up north after a shop owner in Point Reyes Station said it was worth going a little bit out of my way for. He was correct. Ordered an oat milk chai latte, gluten free cookie, and ‘the gem’ loaf. The loaf smells amazing. The cookie and latte were good. There’s a cute little garden to sit in and enjoy your purchases. They were all out of scones (and about half of their loaf selection) when I arrived, so get here early to make sure you get what you want.

Get here early and expect a line. Breads are good sized loaves, sticky bun could serve 3-4 people or one really determined individual on a cheat day.

I can understand why people travel long distances just 4 the Bread. I couldn't get enough of it. VERY EXPENSIVE but worth it.
