Very friendly, quite, and wonderful tenants an ideal place to live your life.

I have to say that in my opinion, this Park is one of the nicer ones in Yucaipa. Not because modular homes are any better than others, but because the residents keep it not only clean, but a friendly atmosphere with a hint of neighborhood watch type of setting, where neighbors look out for one another.
