2On Thursday August 24 I witnessed a woman named Pat Mancilla yelling at her employees. This took me by surprise, I have my grandmother staying at this facility and I’m now worried for her safety. Pat lacks the people skills needed for this job, if she can treat her employees like that, I wonder how she treats the elderly whom are staying there defenseless and some unable to communicate properly or defend themselves. I don’t understand Pat’s anger, if she isn’t happy with her job then she should find another because she is obviously not suited for this one. Every time I’ve gone to visit my grandma, the caretakers there are always friendly, kind and professional. This was the first time I’ve witnessed this type of behavior and it surprised me that it was from an activity director. Shame on you Pat, go find another job and take an anger management class.
A friend is there and she likes it very much. Says the food is good and staff is congenial. I find it very clean and lovely.
