Will did a great job helping me buy my condo. He knows the market and gave great advice. Will was aware I needed to close by the end of the month and he made sure it happened - I could have even closed a few days earlier than scheduled. Anytime you're buying a property it's a little scary. For us, we were purchasing a property in another state and navigating a number of things that were new to us (HOA, different laws).
