I have gone here for years now. This is our 3rd time for senior portraits and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. My twins are up next! Great quality and service all around. Thank you!

Great customer service but the prices are ridiculous. Way too expensive. Purchased my son's senior year pictures and for 5 or 6 pictures it was close to $300.wow!

I absolutely LOVE William Edwards! They do such an AMAZING JOB! I have photographed my daughter several times and I have loved everyone one of my pictures. My house is decorated with nothing but pictures from William Edwards, I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the photographers are wonderful and very patient and they always get the best smiles out of my baby girl I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO THERE!

Great staff, very welcoming. I have had my daughters graduation pics done with WE and my granddaughters Christmas pics. Both were set up since and pictures came out beautiful.

William Edwards takes gorgeous photos. I had wonderful experiences with them taking Competition team photos. They have been working with local youth organizations and I love what they do.

After the photos are finished, you select what poses you would like for your package. Really? ! How can we choose? That will be the hardest part, but you can make it easy on yourself and just choose them all

This place is amazing! I had such an awesome day taking pictures and everyone is so nice! The pictures were very well done! It was an unforgettable experience! Allison was my photographer, she was so much fun!

My Son & Daughter in law just had a baby and i know William Edwards has people working for them at the hospital to offer photo packages to the new moms.very disappointing that no one from William Edwards went to their room to sell any photo packages to them, and they were there 2 days. I wanted pictures taken of my grandbaby just like everyone else there! Not professional at all. This was at the woman's pavilion in Lancaster.

The people are amazingly personable and patient. They truly want you to be happy with your results.

My daughter's first birthday photos are everything we wanted and so much more!

We decided to go with William Edwards Photography for our daughter's first birthday pictures and we couldn't be happier! We had to reschedule a few times due to the demands of our jobs; but the ladies in the office were very understanding and accommodated us to the best of their abilities. On the day of the photo shoot, the crew was very patient and gentle with our daughter and took their time to ensure every shot was a shot worthwhile. They allowed us to schedule our photo viewing the very next day and even sent friendly reminders to our email. On the day of the photo viewing, we were greeted with warm welcoming smiles and amazing hospitality. As we viewed our photos and video, our portrait consultant Melina allowed us to select our favorites and even make changes without hesitation. It was definitely a personal experience that made us feel comfortable and right at home. My daughter continued to smile as she recognized both Melina and the manager Roxanne. Even during our daughter's most impatient moments, the entire crew in the office made the environment very inviting. After placing the order and finalizing everything, we honestly didn't want to leave. Our conversations flowed so naturally, anyone would have thought we have known each other for years. We created friendships, moments, and memories that will now last a lifetime. The timing, the experience, and the quality of the photos is overall outstanding. No other photography company can compare! The photos tell a story, and I am more than thankful that we chose William Edwards. We made the right decision and we will definitely be coming back for our next photo opt. Thank you William Edwards for making my daughter's first birthday photos spectacular!

Fantastic atmosphere.very welcoming staff.they offered me coffee or water while i waited for my son's session.there was no rushing way so ever, even though they had others waiting for their session.great outdoor photo shots.they also take special requests.pets r welcomed.senior basic yearbook picture is $29 which i thought was great compared to other studios.they have a large variety of payment plans.very satisfied with their service overall

We had a great time at Willam Edwards. Our photographer was great, though i forgot her name. When we ordered the photos Melina did a terrific job making us feel comfortable and there was no pressure. Thank you for everything Melina

I was there yesterday, the employees treat you kind they’re really friendly. Mrs. Banuelos was a really helpful person, she helped me go throughout the best options. I highly recommend it.

I love the ideas they have to make your family portraits memorable! We did two family sessions their my pregnancy pictures and when baby was 2 months!

Very pricey and they dont explain correctly the prices and packages, basically they trap you in.

Great environment and costumer service when my family and I walked in the door. The quality of work they do is by far the best I've seen. I will forever be going to this place to get pictures do.
