The presiding judge of the family division should be removed. The court cannot even accept e-filing or fax filing when we are living in the third decade of the 21st century. We filed original documents but were rejected. Our original documents were missing. Our call to the clerk office is rarely answered. I don't know where the court's budget is spent on. The presiding judge of the family division should resign or make plans for reforms.

Front guard needs remedial training, especially for the sensitive post he's in. A lot of the people coming in here are victims and he'll treat you like a criminal.

2023 and you can't do anything online. Even sending a fax is an issue.please, update your systems. It's a complete joke right now. The worst part is it makes people who are already in vulnerable situations have to jump through hoops in order to adhere to a completely outdated and confusing system.

Have been telling dcss for over ten years that my children live with me they just keep on adding 1k+every month my youngest is 21 it's close to 200k now

It's a courthouse for families. Hopefully they help families more than harm the families.

Went to self help center. I Asked for help with my upcoming trial. She replies “Sorry we can’t help you. ” I asked what documents do I need to file and when do they need to be filed by? “Sorry we’re not lawyers, we can’t help you. ” I asked her to look up my case #, she does so. She then proceeds to tell me I had court within the last 2 months. I told her, no I didn’t. She replies with date I supposedly had court. I say “ma’am, I never went to court, no one told me of court date, can you please tell me what was said and how court proceeded without me”? She replies with “if you have an account you can log in and look, but other than that, we can’t help you”. Terrible! “no help desk”

It's a family courthouse. Depending on the family situation they'll do their very best to help.

What is going on at this place? ! My papers were stolen twice from the drop box! I went in to see why this is happening. Two girls are standing at the drop box! The cops are all around there but no one tells them to move on. They watch me put my papers in and were standing there looking into the box hole! They told me to re-write my papers. I ignored them. Get them out of there! That's where my papers get lost! A couple of mischievous Women with their hands in the box! It is not a safe drop box! Unattended and so easy to snatch things out of it!

Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice everywhere. Get a good lawyer so the Judge doesn’t have to rule against you, because ex-boyfriends and ex-husbands lie and if you don’t know how to present your case you will lose.

No one wants to be here, let's be honest, but I found the family law court clerks to be helpful and willing to answer questions that weren't considered "legal advice". They can only discuss limited questions without breaking that rule. Anyway, just wanted to give them a shout out and thanks.

Absolutely a joke the system has failed that pretend judge was terrible and demed me guilty before I even said a word. No wonder so many good father's walk away. Absolutely sickening display of a court leader of our state and county. What a joke thanks for being fair gross unbelievable lack of professionalism

What an absolute nightmare this place is an the staff is even worse when I asked about both parents taking parenting classes since this is a both parent deal I was told no only I should do the classes. That doesn't even make sense. Where did these people get the credentials they claim they have maybe the bottom of a cereal box I don't understand it but at the end of the day this place is still a joke absolute joke and if I could give it less than one star I would

Its very disheartening to have 14 windows and only 1 is open at 1pm with a loby full of people waiting.

I wish this court would assist people more with disabilities in courtrooms that have baby fathers that had domestic maybe not even like physically but mentally you're not as sharp with speaking in the person has you could be fearful of the judge and how to really get my go into something he was already doing like not being faithful and but it's more than that. Series of different things beyond that that you're trapped in the bedroom for 5 hours but visually just to speak you know the abuse of raising your voice and forcing you to do something intimate when you didn't want to or took your wallet and stole it and many other unsafe

Judge Kimberly Parker is a one sided judge if she get a connection with one person she will lie for the other party. The scales of justice is not served at this court house. Judge Kimberly Parker shouldn’t be there she one sided. She need to be removed
