Hi - I was referred to Dr. Chapman by my Primary Care Doctor. My first visit was a telehealth appointment & Dr. Chapman was very thorough & helpful. His staff, Marisol & Leka, were also helpful in arranging referrals & tests for my medical needs. Thank you for all your courtesy in our conversations.
Desk clerk told my autistic brother she'd block his number, after he tried reaching then, for a supposed over phone appointment. The lady is the most unprofessional, rudest person I've ever encountered. This person shouldn't be allowed to speak for a business that supposed to help people.
The office staff are so rude! When I try to ask question because I don’t understand something, I get the most disgusting attitude! So unprofessional! When I finally had my phone apt. The doctor was great!
The desk girl is so bad. Unprofessional. I never leave bad reviews, but she made my life so much more difficult. Finally, when she was able to fax an approval out, I called the next office to find out that the image she sent was not legible. That office had to call her and get a new image. Still waiting. I am moving in two weeks and they know I am on a time crunch. If it wasn't for this office, I would have been done a month ago. If you have the ability to not go here, just don't.
Worst experience ever, the office clerks are so rude. I had to be the one to calm them down because they were frustrated with the pharmacists. Why take out your frustrations on your customers?
Rude office staff. If they don’t like serving the public, you probably shouldn’t have that job. The appointments with Dr Chapman have been over the phone due to Covid and he seems to rush you and lacks compassion.
