Products are legitimate and authentic from the suppliers.

Lots of quality products from top tier to most basic products they have it all.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting John when I went into William Sonoma. While I was looking at the Breville microwave oven, I asked John for the dimensions. With all the angst of a 12 year old girl having her first period he gave me a tape measurer and said I could have just Google it. Then continued to berate my grandmother for daring to ask for just a coffee maker. I appreciate that you don't give a s**t about your job but maybe if you had any work ethic you wouldn't be a middle aged man who has worked at William Sonoma for 30 years. Not the flex you thought it was. I found what I needed on Amazon. Thanks John.

Horrible costume service ever! They stole my expresso machine and my money! I been calling and every single person that I spoke with told me the same! That my e merchandise card it’s on the way but that’s not true! I been dealing with this since January I been also sending e mails and they don’t answer me!

Extremely disappointed. NOT in the staff the staff are excellent, hence the 2-stars. What’s HORRIBLE IS THE QUALITY of the products sold now in williams sonoma. I cannot believe how far they have fallen. For the price point, everything should be perfect. It was perfect before. Are they purposely trying to fail their brick and mortar stores so they close and I have to shop online where I CANNOT EVEN LEAVE REVIEWS? ! That’s insane. This is 2023. I guess I’m a Sur La Table customer now.

It’s a great store overall. I saw this espresso machine on Amazon but would deliver in 2 days. I saw for the exact same price in Williams Sonoma- so I decided to go buy it.

I’ve arrived to this store and the associate said at first the deal was due to yesterday. Then he checked again and said it’s still on. He went to the storage room and told me they ran out of it and I could find it in the other store.

I went to the other store and told them this situation. They called to this store (this associate was busy and she told them to leave him a message).

In the meantime they brought me this espresso machine and sold it to me.
A minute after they sold me the associate called them back and said HE NEVER SAID IS WAS ON SALE ANYMORE.

So he basically made me drive to the other store and lied to me and to the store manager. Made me seem like a fool, and a liar, and made me feel uncomfortable.
