Mobile Radiance did the hair and makeup for Willmus Weddings client Bonnie on December 22nd in Fallbrook. It was a pleasure to be part of such a well coordinated and organized wedding, thanks to Christophe at Willmus Weddings. We had the honor of booking Christophe for our wedding day photography, 11.12.22. He was and is, an absolute joy! Not only is he incredible at his work but he is professional, efficient, kind, funny, detailed, and speaks Spanish, He is exceptional! He made our wedding day photography seamless and SO fun. The bridal party and family members raved about how great he was with getting timely photos- he had a list y’all!

We hired Heather as our wedding planner and Christophe as our videographer for our big day. After 1.5 year of postponements, we finally had our special day last month and it would not have been as perfect as it was without them.

Heather answered all of our questions, helped us pick the best vendors and most importantly stuck by our side and kept us calm even through our postponement. She is extremely organized, genuinely cares and sticks up for you as a client.

Christophe brought such a relaxed and fun energy to our videography needs. Much to our surprise, he also had such an insanely fast turn around time. The video is UNREAL. He did such a magical job intertwining our vows, the ceremony and speeches with scenes of the day. We watched our video 20+ times on the day of receipt and have received so many compliments on it.

Also shoutout to Clemence who was the lead coordinator for our actual Wedding Day. She ran around like a mad woman ensuring every little detail was perfect. Our day would not have been as fun, seamless and beautiful had she not been there!

Willmus Weddings is hands down the best team ever! This short review doesn't do any of the incredible work both Heather and Christophe did any justice as we would not have been able to pull off the perfect wedding without them and words can't begin to describe how grateful we were to have found them.

Planning/Coordination
As soon as we spoke to Heather on the phone we knew she was the one. We just got good vibes from her right off the bat and knew she'd be perfect to help us throw an awesome wedding. Over the course of the process, Heather shared a ton of extremely helpful checklists and timelines to keep us on track and organized. She had the perfect touch of helping and reminding us to make certain decisions without making us feel like we were running behind schedule. She also had the perfect recommendations when we asked about certain vendors & did all the legwork to contact her network to make sure folks were available before even sending us their contact information. This alone saved us hours of research trying to find the perfect vendor and then waiting for their response back. I can't even begin to quantify how helpful it was to be presented with a few options of trusted vendors that Heather knew were the best of the best to choose from. As we got closer to the wedding, Heather walked us through our "day of" timeline and confirmed all the little details we would never have thought about if not for her. She triple-checked everything with our vendors, sharing the timeline with them and ensuring everything ran smoothly. On our wedding day, we were both very calm and relaxed knowing that Heather and her assistant Clemence had everything taken care of at the venue. They made our day absolutely perfect!

Design
My partner and I had no idea what we were doing when it came to designing the overall theme and vibe of the wedding and knew we needed extra help. Heather talked us through all the various design elements and turned our very vague descriptions into the most amazing tropical wedding vision. She nailed what we wanted on the first try and helped us find the right vendors to turn the vision into reality. While meeting with various vendors she conveyed our vision and recommended different design changes or additions based on our questions/feedback. It was incredible to see everything come together on our wedding day and we absolutely could not have done it without Heather!

Photography/Videography
My partner and I had never taken any professional photos before and weren't sure what to expect, but felt right at ease under Christophe's guidance. He made us look so natural and our engagement photos turned out so well - we were extremely excited to work with him again on our wedding day. On our wedding day, Christophe arrived with his team (one additional photographer, one videographer) and got right to work taking hundreds of photos of every little detail. He was able to corral our large and rowdy families and wedding party to get the perfect group shots and managed to do so efficiently so we could release the guests back to the wedding festivities. When we got our photos and video back we were absolutely floored at how well they came out and how beautiful each and everyone looked. It brings us so much joy to look back at all the details Christophe captured. The way he edited both the teaser and the full video is truly something else - we look like Hollywood movie stars! We can't wait to watch it for years to come!

Things I looked for when searching for a wedding videographer: quality of edited video, price, easy/fast communication, good vibes. Cristophe brought ALL OF THAT plus more! Got married at Tivoli in Fallbrook, CA (Trademark Venue) 08/14/22 and since the first day when we had our phone consult with Cristophe, we knew it would be a great fit. He is so organized and so easy to work with. Even the guests/other vendors complimented how great he was during our wedding and after. There were a lot of things that didn’t go as planned but it still felt like the perfect night because of how well our DJ, photographer, and videographer worked together as a team. It was honestly the dream vendor team we had for our big day and Cristophe played a big part in that. He got all of our important memories captured and we didn’t even have to bug him for our video (my sister’s videographer did not get her videos back to her till 2 years after her wedding, yikes!) I highly recommend Cristophe for weddings because he is just so amazing! Thank you Cristophe/ Willmus Weddings, you truly made our big day so special! Oh and I recommend buying the raw footage, it was so nice to look back at all the other videos. Ok that's it, don't look anywhere else! Book Cristophe!

It is not often that as a DJ, I leave a review for a vendor but, I felt that it was important to include the perspective of another vendor who works with the planner in a different capacity. As a wedding DJ, I work with hundreds of couples and planners every single year…and I have to say that Heather, and the entire Willmus Weddings team is simply PHENOMENAL, and provide a smooth planning experience for all from start to finish. Heather is extremely organized, detail oriented but more importantly is down to earth and a breeze to communicate with. You can tell how much she values her clients and how seriously she takes each wedding by the care and attention to detail she gives each wedding element. There is a reason Willmus Weddings is considered one of SD’s (and Southern California’s) BEST!

There is everything to love about the Willmus Wedding team! The wedding coordination, the photography, videography, and the drone footage were everything we wanted. We had a perfect dream wedding. We hired Heather for the entire wedding process as we do not live in San Diego anymore. From the start, she provided us with tons of options that suited our style and budget. All of the vendors we chose were fantastic; some greatly exceeded our expectations. Through the entire process and even on the day of, she made sure every this stress free. During our wedding, we had some unexpected things happen (as with any wedding) and Heather was calm and resolved things quickly! We even asked for some last minute changes that she incorporated without hesitation.

Heather is honestly such a pro at what she does. We loved working with her and would happily work with her again. We've already recommended her to friends looking to plan their wedding in San Diego. I couldn't have imagined a better wedding and Heather was a huge part of why it was so successful! If you are reading this and have any hesitation, don't, she really is the best. You're in great hands with Heather!

*Coordination (Month of)
Heather’s a calm presence, great communicator, thoughtful, and very organized. She answered all my questions throughout the wedding planning process. Even the day before the wedding when I was stressed about the excessive heat warning, she was calm and gave great suggestions. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond - coordinated the vendors, made sure the itinerary go smoothly, checked on the wedding party, took care of all the details including setup, and storing/organizing all our items neatly. She even made sure to keep us hydrated and fed throughout the day!:) My family and wedding party all complimented on how efficient and organized Heather was. She made the wedding day stress-free for us, and we really couldn’t have done it without her help. Thank you!

*Photography and Videography
Christoph and his team made the wedding photo experience easy and fun! We are usually pretty awkward and stiff in photos, but we looked great and natural in the photos. Christophe was so on top of the schedule and helped us with the logistics through the whole day, even among the getting-ready chaos. Our wedding party was comfortable and had a lot fun with the creative photo ideas. I LOVED the photos from the sneak peak! We could feel the happiness of the day just looking back to the photos. Really can’t thank Willmus Wedding enough, and can’t wait to see the video and the full album!:)
