Willow Creek Apartments, Fresno CA

Rented here for three years, constant noise and repairs being done at the crack of dawn. When I told them I was moving I was told they would pro rate my rent since I was leaving halfway through the month. After my apartment was empty and I went to the office to hand them my keys with my truck full of my stuff behind me they told me I would not be getting my money back for the other half of the month. So they lied, then they took 75% of my deposit even though it was in good condition. They act like they are a luxury apartment they are not. My advice would be to look somewhere else or rent a house.

The office is closed from 1-2 pm for lunch. Came to seek information but around 2: 05 but still closed. Maybe don’t want to rent.
