Willow Creek Campground & RV Park reviews
14I liked the owner, nice location (easy to find) and right by a creek under old growth trees. Price was affordable and would like to stay here again in the future.
Was quoted $80 per night when reservation was made.
Checked in and there refrigerator was on the porch, so Heln had to move it in to cabin. I mentioned the heater wasn't warming up the room and she said that she would put another in the room. We left to go explore and returned later in the evening. Very cold under 40 degrees. Dirty towels in bathroom. And the manager, Helen said that she tells guests to turn burners on stove to help heat. As They can't put 2 heaters In unit cause breaker pops. I think carbon monoxide would be a bigger problem.
Anyway my wife said that she didn't want to stay there another night so I called Helen and canceled the 2 night and she said she would refund the 2nd night.
THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY CREDIT CARD.
Don't stay here not safe, no one at office when I went to ask for heat or ask about the dirty towels.
Great people, great place. Amazing location located in Tahoe national forest. Close to rivers and lakes.
Had an awesome experience. The scenery was Beautiful the hospitality was excellent. Would definitely visit again
Peaceful ️ and Relaxing as Always! Awesome Host's! A little Smokey from the Dixie Fire. Praying for Containment
They're just getting this place going, but what a place it is. Hosts are great. Terrific family atmosphere.
This place was awesome rented a 2 bdrm cabin clean and very nicely decorated the owners were so nice and welcoming. Our cabin had creek right behind it very relaxing
We love camping here, the hosts are the best of any campsite I've ever been to. The tent sites are good sized and the cabins are really nice. My family and friends have already been here 4 times within months apart, we will keep coming back, hopefully soon again.
Family owned and amazing hope they never change! Love it there and so do our kids home away from home!
My all time favorite place to camp. We spent everyone of our weekends here during the summer. The owners are fantastic and now considered good friends. Can't wait for more fun times
Willow Creek is a hidden gem. The new owners are not only super friendly and accommodating but they are also turning this property into something REALLY special. Rustic cabins, campsites, and RV spots are what you will find when your arrive. Call and reserve your spot! Can't wait to visit again!
New owners are amazing. Grounds clean and cabin clean and cozy. Stream running through campgrounds made it sound tranquil in the evening when we were on the deck playing cards.
Great family owned business! Recently cleaned up the sites and facilities. Great access to hiking nearby.
This campground is family owned. They recently purchased the property after losing everything in the Paradise fire. They are fair and an absolute delight! The cabin was nice and clean as were the campsites. Our family had a blast here. We can't wait to go back!
