My mom recently stayed at Willow Creek Healthcare Center. The staff was nothing less than wonderful.

Note: Food is pretty bad.

The food is ridiculously bad. I cannot believe they serve this garbage. They say restaurant quality. They would shut down a restaurant that would serve this.

Very happy with leadership in handling concerns. I appreciate them helping my brother. Care is good. Nurses get a 4 of 5. Physical Therapist and occupational therapist are great 5 of 5.

Thank you to Lexcee O. Social Services Administrative Assistant at Willow Creek Healthcare Center. Lexcee exhibited stellar professionalism by going above and beyond in answering all our questions with kindness and patience. A sincere shout out to Mary Kae H. Assistant Director of Nursing, who listened to us and addressed the needs of our family member with immediate reassure and action. Our family member is well taken care of and we can rest knowing he is is good hands. Thank you Willow Creek health Care team, Nailah, Kalan, Joann, Kim, Debbie, Tracy Amaila and many more. Thank you to Jasmine who answered our texts and phone calls late at night. God Bless you.

If I could give zero stars I would! They are extremely short staffed and incredibly negligent to their patients, they overdosed my elderly father with OxyContin and we found him slumped over and passed out. They had to use narcan. He ended up having a cardiac event and pulmonary embolism. I had to call 911 myself.don’t send your loved one here. They didn’t even document this incident. Covering their negligence.

This place is ran strictly for profit. Operating managers and directors should be ashamed of them selves. They make it impossible for their staff to meet the needs of their patients. Medical staff is grossly outnumbered and admins except patients, knowing that they will not meet the minimum requirements necessary for their rehabilitation. Prisoners needs are met better then the patients In this facility. Kitchen staff continuously did not follow dietary plan, and meds are not administered in a timely manner. Asking for water would take a few hours at best. Do NOT allow your family or loved one to be transferred to this facility.

I did attempt to reach out directly to the facility director on numerous occasions. I left voicemails but she has yet to return my calls nor was she ever available for an in person conversation. Lack of compassion and empathy is evident.

Such hard working CNA's, Nurses & Staff here. It's definitely a family atmosphere at Willow Creek. I always hear very positive reviews from families.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have always been treated with respect and kindness, my questions are always answered in a thoughtful manner. I would especially like to thank Ms. Janiva J. She’s always a pleasure to speak with, you can really tell that she has the upmost care and compassion that is needed in a healthcare facility environment and deserves all the recognition that she well deserves.

I applied there and had a great experience.
All the staff from the front desk all the way to the hiring staff was very nice and hospitable. Cant wait to see what programs they have there to help further my medical training.

Place is hellish. Do not let any medical place transfer YOUR loved one here! My dad passed since being here, and not to scare you.but the quality of care, where he was prior, in addition to this place. All bad. Trust me, you don't even want to cringe read my stories regarding the SUB PAR LVNs and CNAs taking out their own turmoil at work by providing low quality care. Customer service and patient care/ guest care has gone sionara out the door. Get ready to NOT get communicated with and NOT know their status, let alone the covid issues that circulated there. This is based on experience for my elderly direct relative in Sept 2022. Hey nurses you know this is people's lives, right?

My father is having a wonderful experience at Willow Creek. After a horrible experience at another facility and in and out of Clovis Community, we thought we were going to lose our father. Once he was transported to Willow Creek, things totally changed for the better! He is receiving fantastic care, amazing physical therapy, and nutritious meals. We love how everyone is so friendly and helpful. We feel as though we have our father back!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My father was there for 2 months and had the worst experience there! Every time I went in there something was missing of my fathers personal belongings and was never found! From his prescription glasses to his clothing and blankets! I came in one time and and he had no clothes on or blankets! He fell numerous times while being roomed in front of the nurses station! His nails were always dirty like they didn’t bath him thoroughly. When they brought him lunch it was one single item, a burger only and it was every time I came in! He lost 10lbs while being there! If he continued to stay any longer I’m sure he would died from malnutrition! Also, my sister was in his room for over 2 hours not knowing it was a Covid room. This place is very irresponsible! Every time I called no phone calls returned! When someone would answer, the nurses were very rude and non professional! I would never recommend this place to care for my loved one ever again! What a nightmare!
