I planned my day around the fact I was going to stop by on the way home to pick up mother day gifts. They closed early to do training. I live out of town and had no idea they would close early. I called the day before to make sure they had a specific flowering plant. They made no mention of closing early at anytime. I was willing to pay cash for the plants but they were not willing to work with me. Very frustrating.

I went out to Willow Gardens today to purchase 5 - 24 box trees. Unfortunately, the “young man” with long brown hair wasn’t feeling very helpful today. There was a lot of cross talk over their wakie talkies and he had trouble getting his questions answered from his other co-workers that i was asking regarding prices and where on the lot the specific trees were located. To make a long story short. They were out of the items that i want i finally figured out from his fragmented conversation with his co-workers. There are different varieties of trees and shrubs which i was trying to ascertain from his cryptic relay
Of walkie talkie conversations. I askes him a question regarding how tall they would grow. It was at this time he very easily looked at me with my “physically maintained” husband who remained silent and without any hesitation arrogantly told me i was getting rude with him and he wasn’t going to so this. It was then i looked at him And said give me just a minute. I slightly turned away for about 30 seconds and thought about why he would say this to me. I looked back at him and said im just gonna go ahead and roll with this. I asked him my finally questions about the plants said thank you and we left. The reason I left the review is to advise anyone who has trouble with the younger generation so freely striking out at customers based on unwarranted sensitivities you might consider not dealing with Willow Garden Nursey. Very sad today for employers today trying to find good workers.
