Willows Hotel & Spa at Viejas, Alpine CA

In the mountains but a discount mall is attached. No other outside emenities are closer than a 1-2hr ride. Great service. Good casino with slots.

Absolutely love going here for a staycation! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The drinks are made with love! Thoroughly enjoys every second I spend here!

Beautiful Hotel. Requested/reserved a handicap non smoking 2 queen bed room, was traveling with a senior who would have been more comfortable and convenient with the room amenities. By the time I arrived. The advanced requested reserved room wasn't available. The front desk projected a it is what it is attitude. Only smoking rooms were available. After a long flight schedule East to West coast. I wasn't feeling friendly. Long story short. My travel guest and I were transferred to the Willows property to a standard non smoking room with a roll away cot. Not happy with the process
No win win. It is what it is.

Bear is so amazing! He is the best VIP Host ever! When first booking our room for 1 year wedding anniversary, he made the process super easy and understandable. When we checked in, the hotel staff were extremely nice and Informative. The room was decorated beautifully for our anniversary and we had such a wonderful time at the pool. We definitely plan on going back to stay!

Love the spa there. Went there for a massage and facial. Only temporary downside is all the construction. The outdoor pool was closed. Hopefully it will be ready by summer so I can go back to enjoy.

Beautiful place, we went to celebrate our 40th anniversary and we loved the room they gave us, beautiful, impeccably clean, and the staff who attended us at all times were super friendly, we left very happy and grateful, and now it is one of our places favorites

As always, the Willows didn't disappoint. Staff friendly & available for any needs. Need water, soda, juices, additional coffee or cream.just ask & it will be delivered promptly & with a smile. Only downside is the spa outdoor jacuzzi is closed during construction, as is the pool/spa for Willows guests. Seems like construction may not be completed very soon.

I have very little to say about the experience until the end. The valet process at check-in was fine, but during check out, it turned absolute non-sense. I came out with my hands full of bags and realized I likely left my ticket in the room that I just checked out of and had no access to.

They went upstairs to the room and did not find the ticket. I offered to show my ID which matched the name on the ticket hanging on the key in the valet's hand. I showed them my receipt to the room I JUST checked out of. They advised me that a security officer would need to come run my ID and check the registration of my car. I told them the car was a rental. I also pondered to the valet and valet manager what about individuals that are rightfully driving a family member or friend's car?

The security officer arrived on scene and he took my ID. He began to talk away from me with my identification while I pulled up the rental agreement. I could hear him calling on the radio with my ID information. When I asked why a security officer would need to call in my information to validate that my name matched the registration he advised me it was private property. I responded back "exactly" there is no need or right to run my information through any data base when he can verify my name on the ID and the registration matched.

When I mentioned that it was outside the scope of why he was there, he said " I can call the police if you'd like". It was unnecessary, rude, and if I had another disposition that was intimidated by uniformed individuals, I would take it as a threat.

When they asked what they should have done, I suggested they associate the valet with the room and name and enter an electronic record with the actual hotel, not some antiquated paper ticket that's likely to get lost.

Great hotel, just beware to keep that damn ticket or they wont give you your car.

I love staying at the Willows. Quiet not kids on this side. Luxurious rooms. Amazing service everytime. 10/10 reccomend. Beds are soft. Everything is clean. I wish the rooms had smart tvs to cast movies or videos, but I'm always out and about so I never really watch anyway.

I visited Viejas Casino & Resort for my wife's birthday back in September 2021, and it was nothing short of amazing! We decided to indulge in their Couples Signature Massage, California Facial, and Age Corrective Pedicure services at the Willows Spa, and it was the perfect way to spend her special day.

The spa itself was incredibly relaxing and peaceful, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our therapists were top-notch, and we both felt so rejuvenated after our treatments. The facial and pedicure were both incredibly luxurious, and the massage was the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

After our spa treatments, we decided to check out the Allure pool at the resort. This adult-only oasis was the perfect way to end the day. The saltwater pool was so refreshing, and the surrounding area was so tranquil and peaceful. We lounged in the sun and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

Overall, our experience at Viejas Casino & Resort was fantastic. The spa was amazing, and the Allure pool was the perfect way to relax after a long day. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.
