Wilmington Community Clinic

Very terrible place. If you would want to have the worse experience of your life, visit this place. Very unprofessional, dubious and lack of professional skills in managing patients. After paying at the office, they will send you bills months later. Avoid this place if you're looking for satisfaction in your health related issues.

I would give 0 starts to this clinic if it was possible, the organization of the clinic is horrible you have to wait a lot to be seen once you are in the room you still have to wait a lot more for the provider to get to you then you ask the provider questions and they refuse to answer sometimes and the MA are not really friendly, the guy that does check in he’s so rude

They never answer calls and we go in the afternoon and it's closed when it says there that they close at 9pm.

I could give 0 starts poor service never answer the phone Drs don't put attention to their patients no space is gets crowded nothing is organized n most of if it's hard to get an appointment the number they got is not straight to the clinic is a whole mess not good for kids or pregnant people at all is disappointing to have a clinic like this really nothing good About this clinic I changed my son to a better one if you have kids don't take them here change them its crazy how poor service is here

This is an excellent clinic in my opinion. They always attend me with so much care, professionalism, kindness and class. They explain everything clearly and go the extra mile to make sure you get the top service. Keep up the good work, love your work. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Sometimes it gets too crowded, but the service is attentive & courteous. They cover quite a few services, including vision and dental. Really good clinic.

Too bad that now they are not punctual with the appointment.my appointment was Saturday 2.15 and it is already 3.45 and it is time that the doctor does not see us.
Terrible service!

Our experience is really excellent, they are kind, because there is so much need, the phone line is super busy but I went personally to make an appointment, they took very good care of me, and they took good care of my husband, giving him adequate medicine since he had already gone to the emergency room twice and only they told him to take pain and he had not healed for more than 2 months and here at the wilmington community clinic dr. I examined him and if he gave him very good medicine which healed what he had been suffering for a long time in less than 1 week, Glory to GOD was taken from him by the dr. May GOD continue to give you wisdom and his grace to continue serving the community that needs it most and providing more funds to this clinic that does help the community a lot, thank you, GOD bless you

They have always been nice to me even though I'm homeless. I've never lookedsmelled homeless but everywhere I seem to go to around the town of Wilmington they treat me bad as well slot of other homeless people.
