9Carlos was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond expectation with his service. He made sure to do everything he can to get things fixed for us. While fixing our sink, he found another problem with our faucet that we were unaware of and he happily offered to fix it for us on the spot. I’m always happy when Carlos comes by with his maintenance service.
Carlos is the man! Very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He was able to diagnose our apartment issues and resolve them right away. Carlos also suggested preventative maintenance suggestions to make our time living at the apartment more enjoyable! He’ll go the extra mile for you.
Great place to live located right in the heart of downtown Fullerton. Great restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Apartments are really nice and updated. The management and maintenance staff is amazing they are always on top of everything maintenance requests and issues are taken care of promptly. Highly recommend. Thank you Yvette, Carlos, Matthew and the rest of the team!

Carlos Encarnacion is not only a very skillful and detail-oriented technician, but he is also an extremely positive person who does his job with a smile. It’s always a pleasure to work with him because my issues get resolved and his great attitude is contagious.
I love Wilshire promenades staff. I had a little problem with my lights and they fixed it right away. Carlos from maintenance dept did a very good job! Everyone from the office, accounting dept, the manager, and the staff from the office are all wonderful and very professional. I appreciate them all!
This 5 star review is for Matt the maintenance guy. He is a rockstar and is super on top of getting anything and everything fixed.
The mgmt team here is lackluster with their communication and my emails to them often go unanswered.
1. In the summer, my bedroom was really hot even turn on the AC with 68F for hours. The AC flow couldn’t get in perfectly to my bedroom and after we report the problem they checked and reply it’s because here is an old apartment and they couldn’t do anything with it.
2. Between April to September there will be lots of flies flying outside the community and once you came home they’ll follow you in. Also in the balcony there’s lots of small bugs and flies tried to squeeze in your window.
3. Starting October to December there will be ants every corner making new holes in the unit even you keep it clean.
4. After you move out they’ll charge all your deposit and need to pay extra hundreds if you leave a trace on a wall and couldn’t clean up well for a small piece of carpet. They’ll replace all the carpet and paint all the wall even the clean part and charge on you for $800 for both.
5. After you move out they won’t discuss the move out inspections result and letting you know if the price is acceptable and fair. They’ll just send you bill which couldn’t negotiate and if you don’t pay it they’ll impact your credit score.
