Wilson Trophy helped to make sure we got our team’s trophies in a short time. The final product was classy and all the parents were pleased. Shay was essential in making the process smooth and ensured I had everything I needed. Will definitely be coming back for future sports needs.

Thought I found THE trophy company for us, but I was let down. Communication was great at first, but after paying $50 for artwork because they didn't have a volleyball logo, which is weird for a sports company, and after the $65 additional charge for a rushed order, they never contacted me to pick the order up when they were ready and we had to hand out IOU's to the kids at our end of year party. It was a quick turnaround so I give them that (3 days), but I would expect there to be a call/email to let me know they're ready for pickup. The staff member that I was working with kindly said they would refund the rush order fee, then when I arrived they changed their mind and compared it to ordering pizza, suggesting "you never get a phone call when your pizza is ready do you? ", like it was a 20 minute wait. They are a big company who do national orders, so I guess the little orders for Sacramentans are not worth their efforts. Will never return.

Went there and the people are definitely not professional! The guy was dealing with quit got fired left or something come in to pay for my trophies and his whole order was wrong talk to the guy Kelly for 30 minutes takes no notes then he decides to start listening and taking notes whole process was so terrible just picked up my trophies.

I have worked with Wilson Trophy for many, many years and cannot give the staff enough praise. They have all been wonderful to work with!

Ordered plaques for by ball team who won state and runners up at the World Series. Ordered them on august 10. Paid rush shipping so I could have them no later than the 21. They assured me I would have them. Got the shipping email on the 13, well they said they shipped but they just printed the label. It was not in ups hand until the 17th. So my package will not arrive on time for our party and now my girls have nothing! Very disappointed. They were great to work with but could have been handled better!

I LOVE working with the Wilson Trophy team. The quality is great, huge array of trophies/plaques/ cloth makes/sanitizers, excellent prices & a super friendly staff. They also believe in doing good work. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy & that you walk out with exactly what you were looking for.
