Wimbledon Apartments reviews
8Wimbledon is a great place to call home! Very nice. Very quiet and beautifully maintained. Office staff and maintenance personnel are all amazing and see to it that your needs are met. Highly recommend!
Me & My Family currently live here, and we love it. Quiet, peaceful, friendly, beautifully landscaped, clean and a great enviorment for children.
My family and I currently live here. We’ve never had any major issues with this complex. Any small thing that we’ve needed taken care of has always been done quickly. The office staff is amazing, welcoming, and has helped us in so many ways. If I could, I would give them more stars.
Had all prerequisites in hand and provided prior to in person visit, this included proof of monthly income.once we arrived, I formed a 2.5 times rental income was required. $3750 monthly income for a $1500/month rent.
Totally ridiculous.
Believe they didn't like the look of retired navy veteran's 60 year old appearance.
Discriminatory practice likely here!
Layout is weird & as a Shipt shopper, it was a challenge to find the correct apartment. Seemed quiet though.
Makes no sense at all how they calculate the water bill and add it to your rent. Every month the water bill is between $70 and $120 with 2 people living here that's crazy. When I asked them how they come up with the numbers the manager gives me a number to call. I called the number and the gentleman tells me they are a 3rd party billing company and the apartments send them the rates to send out to the residents! What!
They roll out the red carpet for new tenants. You definitely feel welcome and a pride in tenancy
I lived here in apt 122 for a year and a half and I’m a younger dude who likes peace and quiet and it was very quiet there. I never had noise complaints or break ins. The only downfall is the standard charges they charge you after leaving the apartment such as cleaning or paint but over wall I was very happy
