They are kinda rude when they take your order, like if they hate their job. Which that may be but you don't talk to customers like that. The food was ok

Came to the store because of high reviews. Had a closed for maintenance sign (1 hour) on the door. No return time just, 1 hour. Just had all the donuts in the case ready to sell but unable to. Terribly disappointed

Sweet employees but, not their fault, the equipment seems lacking so their selection/availability is not the best.

Coffee is really good and the donuts are delicious, it's just a shame that Winchell's started selling these bagel sandwiches, they stink up the place an they take up way too much of the cashier's time to make. A donut shop should stick to good coffee and great donuts.

It's a little helter-skelter in there because it's a high traffic area. The people are great and try to be quick so you have to speak up if you need something. Donuts good. Coffee's hot. Parking is a pain sometimes.

I work nearby and catch the bus in front this winchells almost daily. I dont understand why they always have 1 person working. Always just one.

Winchell's Donuts are the Best Donuts around. They are a family tradition with my boys. Nothing beats opening a new box of these goodies hand picked for your loved ones. What makez it all the more special is. The magnificent employees this establishment always seems to have. The cleanliness of the store and tables. Even the restroom is always clean. You cant beat the warm welcome you receive at any Winchells donuts you walk into. Who said you cant go home again? At least while your there.

What can I say, in the mood for something sweet and yummy, this it the place, a donut always take care of my sweet craving. Don't forget the milk to wash it down.

I don't know whether someone called in sick or what, but I went here at midnight on a Saturday and there was only one worker. All the customers wanted fancy drinks and bagel sandwiches, so the service was agonizingly slow. I was 4th in line, but order took at least 10 minutes, so my donut and black coffee cost me 30 minutes of my life. Boooo! Boycot donut houses that serve fancy crud but don't staff up for the work involved!

It's a good place for breakfast the carrot juice are good. The blackforest sandwich and white mocha.

Decided to go here because my regular doughnut place was closed. As soon as I entered there where two men waiting and no one at the counter. One girl kept coming in and out of the kitchen and didn't say a word to acknowledge the paying customers although she was carrying a personal conversation with someone in the kitchen. Finally, one Spanish lady came out to help but she took her sweet time. When it was finally my turn I spoke to her in English and she only answered in Spanish I told her two cream filled doughnuts and pointed but she bagged two incorrect ones. I told her no, not those and pointed again and she bagged two more. I again said no, not those, i want these and she bagged them on top of the others. Ugh! My Spanish isn't my go to language and she upset me so in spanish, I told her what are you doing? I only want two chocolates filling not the others. Then she understood! ANYWAY, other things happened but I'll leave it at that. I thought this was going to be a quick doughnut trip, but instead it became a horrible doughnut story. The doughnuts and coffee where really good but the customer service really sucks which for me it will determine if I want to spend my money here or elsewhere, I've made my decision. I'll be getting my doughnuts at my local place, never going back because after reading other reviews looks like I'm not the only one who's had bad customer service experience here.

Dirty tables, all creamers were empty, 3 employees not doing there job. 1 taking care of customers the other 3 just chilling.

The employees are so nice, they make the best doughnuts I ever tasted, I just love it anyone who doesn't go there is recommend it if you love doughnuts.

Mmm they need to get the job faster and be more friendly I mean I always go passing 12: 00 a.m but even i am more friendly to them

I stopped there this morning planing to make it my official stop before work. WRONG, big mistake, the lady that was helping was so grumpy her name tag was (Erika) omg she has a real bad attitude, I said good morning and she didn’t answer all she said was. What do you want” smh after paying I told her thank you and told her to smile at least, she gave me an evil look! A guy next to me saw the whole thing and told me at load.yes they do have a real bad attitude.
To you Erika, be humble be thankful you have a job, be thankful because of your job you eat, and because of us customers Winchells exist
To the manager, may sure to your employees the importance of great customer service is equally to all.

Great for a quick stop for coffee, doughnuts, sandwiches and cold drinks! Small seating area inside. Nice staff, clean place. Lots of parking.
