Winchell's Donut House, Culver City CA

I was a regular customer, but they tend to over charge. I asked for hot water for my wife, she was sick in the car, and they wanted to charge me the same as a coffee. That was the last straw for me. And I'm a local.

It took way to long for extreme melt. And they had other customers food ready before mines and they came after me. They need to work with a sense of urgency.

Been my ONLY donut option since the Helms Bakery truck stopped coming into the neighborhood (youngster don't know ANYTHING about THAT!)! Best Donuts Ever!

Picked up some fresh tasty doughnuts, really good, also got a turkey bagel sandwich, with everything on, yummy. Food and service always good.

Good prices and good quality with good service but can get crowded.first come first served.very loud small space with a few tables for dining and tv blaring.

Very very bad service thay give me my Donut's in a plastic bag when i ask for a box the guy ask me what kind of box i need with bad attitude

When it's dead it's hard to get the attention of the clerk or cashier for help. But the donuts are damn good!

I love Winchell's Xtreme melt meal deal. The service needs work. Employees not always in the best mood.

Always very nice, greets you when you come in, clean, parking (which sometimes can be crowded because this place is popular) but open 24/7. Go here every Sunday.

For me everything is good at this winchells except the girl manager, all the time when i stop by she try to force me get the medium size coffee instead of small, last time i told her about that and she got mad, her answer was "thats the business " you cannot force the customer to buy what they doesn't want, it doesn't make sense. No more at this winchells.

Love that it's 24 hours. Hot chocolate is always good. Love it for a quick bite and food is always fresh.

The closest one by my house with the worst customer service, I rather go 1 extra mile to the one on venice and grandview (yumyum) excellent customer service on that one, if they dont have orange juice they will make it right then and their and refill your coffee unlike the winchells on jefferson with day old donuts

Very hit or miss. You ever taste something after its been washed with a old sponge? Well ocasdionaly that's the taste I get here sometimes. The coffee is a miss more times than not. Still, it's the closest shop near me and so i find myself here often. Sometimes I leave happy.

Been there many times. When they are busy the mess up orders. They need a better way of making sure special orders and orders go out first. I waited like 25 mins for my order to come to find out they didnt make it correctly the first time and gave it to another person.

Customer service sucks. They took for every get a bagel with cream cheese. They kept messing up people's orders.

Ive been coming here almost every morning (around 5: 30) for about 3 weeks now, right before i go to work. The employees are very welcoming and charming, would highly recommend any person that wants to get a cup of joe and a delicious chorizo bagel sandwhich

Customer service was non existent in this location. Employees talked amongst themselves with total disregard for me being there. No greeting, no thank you, no good bte? Youre better off spending your gard earned mobey elsewhere. Last time I'll spend money here.

Great Service and Fantastic Donuts! Open 24 hours? ! I was not aware that Winchell's was a 24-hour service. Good to know after a late night. Donuts are of great quality.
