Good store but at the self checkout line, the machine kept malfunctioning and the employees would not come to help. They only came to tell us our card declined.they were standing right next to us just talking the whole time

Great store I shop there all the time I get all of my groceries there for great prices and awesome customer service.

Great store great people great products (cherry turn overs) eat. Great prices. Need I say more.

The lines always seem to be extremely long. I don't understand why they are always closing lanes at the busiest times, yet if you go in when it's not so busy there are plenty of registrars open. It is a little bit backwards if you ask me.

I will start this review describing our recent visit experience during COVID-19. Everyone in the store is wearing a mask, there is one hand sanitation station before entering, and there was no one monitoring the number of people entering the store.

As for the store, great costumer service, amazing selection of every grocery you can think of and perfect layout making your visit extremely satisfying.

Thank you WinCo for the attention to detail however, I will make a suggestion of adding more sanitation stations throughout the store.

Kicked a pregnant woman out who said she had a medical exemption from her doctor because she wasn't wearing a mask. Guess people with medical problems don't need to eat. Heartless

So I had to walk on the exit and as I tried to walk through a closed register isle and was told "uh uh, you dont go that way" the store was stocked but carts all over the isle mase shopping a little difficult. Cashier was not friendly. No need to come here!

My favorite store to go to. They have everything and everything that I need m. And friendly service like always great attitude on fire. Excellent customer service. Thank you WinCo

I love WINCO FOODS 2 me its the best prices the workers r very nice and friendly but one cashier she has short hair I never get her name but she always has attitude and there is always things on the floor so b careful but over all I always shop at winco foods best prices than other markets.

I enjoyed it, me and my family like to go there to save money and the cashier and the service are so nice I love going to WinCo

Bring your own bigger bags they charge you for the bags. Certain items are over priced compared to other grocery stores but other than that they have everything you're looking for.

When you walk into the Grocery Store, where the shopping carts are, it smells like bad sewer. In the store has the same scent. If he doesn't smell clean, its bit clean. Your cashier don't smile. Other than that it was good.

So happy winco went back to 24hr instead of closing at midnight.but other then that the night crew employees mostly to the guys that was working in all red shirts kudos for asking me if I needed any help. You never see that in that store.

Great customer service Natasha K is such a pleasure! Always there to help. Don’t know when she started but it’s a good addition to the staff keep up the good work!

This supermarket at times borders from deplorable to very good.
Beware of the potatoes in the produce section. This is one of few stores where potatoes are very old, and we'll turn rotten within a week of purchasing. I have had three incidents where I bought two 10 lb bags of russet potatoes, and they were rotten within 3 to 5 days. The first two times I brought this to the attention of management, and they kindly offered to refund my money. Upon the third time I buy a better quality potato at Costco and refuse to buy half the produce in the store. When this store open the employees had a positive can do attitude. Now they seem to rest on their Laurels and have become lazy and lack-a-daisial, which has allowed to Quality to diminish greatly and customer service to falter
The lack of supervision on the floor has made this once nice store more like walking through the zoo with all the animals running loose from their cages.
As I tried to maneuver down the aisle two children were laying on the floor, while parents look the other way.
On the next aisle two children played with a ball bouncing it in the air as if it were a volleyball court. Parents nowhere to be seen

Next aisle over- three children under the age of 10 ran their basket into me from my backside, I just had major spinal surgery 2 month prior. Parents looking the other way.
Just when I thought it could not get worse; a child literally did cartwheels from the registers to the back of the store; down the main aisle.
As I stood in line at the self-checkout registers, I had to yield three times due to people pushing their baskets through self checkout lines.
FLOOR SUPERVISION IS NON-EXISTENT, a perilous ridiculous deplorable shopping experience. This is just the beginning of a much longer poor pitiful extremely sad shopping experience.

If I could give this WinCo store a zero-rating or a -2 I would.
I cannot tell you how many times I have seen people coming to this store and eat their way through which is utterly appalling and disgusting.
FLOOR SUPERVISION IS NON-EXISTENT~!

I ordered 8 lb of deli meat sliced for sandwiches 30 minutes before the Deli closed and all I got was a bad nasty negative attitude from the employees working the deli. I called on a Saturday to find out what time the Deli closed and I was told 6 p.m. The deli does not close until 9 p.m. Ehat is with that. When I explained this to the Personnel working in the deli, their response was well then why did you come this late. I guess WinCo employees do not know who provides them with their paychecks. For an employee-owned store it is obvious, employees are only involved in profit sharing. They obviously not are not involved in providing customers with a unique positive and happy shopping experience.

It is obvious in this store management does not have a clue what management should be and is. Strong management should always assure quality is first and foremost in all aspects of operations and customer satisfaction.

One week after revising this review I would give the store a -5 rating. Notice to employees and management- you can regain my trust easily by simply doing your jobs, while striving to improve all aspects and functions of a supermarket ran by employees. At this point it seems like the blind are leading the blind.

Crowded, but got rverything needed for thanksgiving. I checked out under $100!
Usually Costco gets me for $200!

Yes they do have the best prices and selection in town.and we mainly shop here and Costco but.

I was so very excited to see cashew butter fresh here but when I examined the cashews they looked as though they had just been swept off the dirty floor and thrown into this bin for public consumption. Yuck! Not for me.so please fix this.yes tea selections is a 7 at best but better than elsewhere as far as prices go.

Short lines and about 6 self checkout registers. They dont accept credit but overall id say on a scale from 1 being lowest and 10 top id give them a 9.

Winco was busy, but the line moved quickly. The person who checked me out was nice and efficient and helpful. We always go there for certain items, as they have the best price on thise items.

It smells like death in the entrance. I asked an employee and they said that they think there's a rotten egg or something in the vent. Other than that no complaints.
