WinCo Foods, Tracy CA

Love this store, absolutely the best in town! They have the most wonderful customer service. Ori in produce always has the best attitude and is friendly, along with everyone else in that department. If you need anything you cannot find and you ask them, they will gladly go in the back to get it if available. Same with the meat department, those guys rock! Always willing to go check in the back or help anytime I ask a question. Absolutely love the variety and availability that the store has! Throughout all the Mayham with the Covid shut downs, the store has been top notch! Keeping the shelf stock and the crowds under control by limiting amount of people that come into the store and keeping the lines short, couldn’t ask for a better place to grocery shop!

Seems like every time I buy a product in a small box they are cut by someone not knowing how to use a razor blade to open the larger boxes

Great place to grab some quick ingredients or even monthly shopping. They mainly sell food, but it means they have a very wide variety of food (e.g. American food, Asian food, and Mexican food). Price is also very appealing—especially if bought in bulk. The parking lot often has many cars but most of the times there'll be one or two available spots that aren't very far from the entrance.

Horrible customer service. Needed to get cigarettes and no one was behind the counter. I asked the guy working self check out and he said that the customer service checker was on the stand and if I wanted cigarettes I’d have to wait in a long line because he couldn’t get up and walk 20 feet to get them. You just lost a daily customer! Horrible service tonight horrible and rude.

Winco is one of our default shopping spot every week. They're open 24 hrs which helps us to shop whenever we need. Only concern is, I wish they have more billing staff during rush hours.

A great store to buy groceries from. Produce are pretty fresh and over all the best prices in town. Pretty good selection with items you'd generally need to buy for an everyday need. I especially like ther bulk section, where you can go and bag the item that you want (like flour, sugar, cereal, spices, different pasta noodles, and such), in the amount or size of your choice. I love buying our groceries at Winco.

Clean, aisles in tip top shape, even when reorganizing late at night (this location tends to do that a lot) their customer assistance is always beyond that expectation.

Great prices. Cheaper than Safeway, Save mart, and Raley's. It's clean and things are easy to find. Great Bulk foods section too!

Conveniently open 24 hours. Winco does not accept credit cards, but accepts cash and debit cards. This is okay with me as their prices are quite reasonable when compared with other grocery chains. This is not just a grocery store. They sell stationary as household goods as well. I come here every week to get family groceries and some household items.

We shop WinCo, prices good. Great takeout bags you can buy, hold 15 or more pounds of groceries with the 2 foot long bag. Reuseable bag of course!

I like the groceries from there they always have fresh fruits and vegetables and good prices i recommend that grocery store its wonderful

The employees are very helpful.nice deli nice meat department all around store. And of course pretty ladies!

Wow this store is great. My first time in this store nice cashier (Tim) and a lady scanning on the floor help me find the Soy Sauce.very friendly

Upon entering you'll run a gauntlet of convenience food just before the maze of produce and products directs you to the check out where you transition from patron to employee as you bag your own groceries. They do have an excellent bulk foods area. A must visit for first timers.

Lot of open spices, candies, snack, rice beans flour honey fresh peanut/almond butter and above else lower prices makes shopping there economical and fun.

If they took credit cards they would get 5 stars. It's all there is to fuss over. Best prices around, great selection, friendly staff and ample parking.

I love the bulk items, and verity of products, coffee, fruits, vegetables, meats! Who what have thought, ground chicken! The store is clean, and store employees polite. Tracy Wimco is 5 thumbs up.with a smile.

Just about everything you need at very good prices, love the bulk section, employees are always glad to help you with a smile, shop here multiple times a week!

Went there after church to get a few items. Wow it was busy. The store was clean and the customers I met were very friendly. Didn't have to wait too long at the check out. Alot of people were at the store. All in all a good experience. Oh and the air conditioning was working. Very comfortable in the store.

I love WinCo Foods. It is a great one stop store. Everything you could possibly need and than some. It always need so long when I'm in there because I have to check everything out in the store. When I go back next time I know I'll find something that I didn't see before.
