Windrose Place Apartments, Pasadena CA

My mother, Cynthia, moved into a 2 bedroom here last month. The manager Lynn was so helpful and gracious with us. She went over and beyond to show us the apartment several times and made sure we were happy. She helped us through the application process and thoroughly answered all questions to ensure my mother was happy. Also, Yani has been a great help as well and always ready to support any question we have. Thank you to Pete and David for helping us with maintenance too.

It's a great community with nice staff, friendly neighbors, beautiful gardens, and clean common areas. The pool and sauna are huge perks. We were hesitant about on-site community laundry, but they keep the laundry facilities clean and there are tons of washers and dryers, so you won't ever have to wait. Overall, we are SO pleased and appreciate everyone who has made our stay welcomed. Highly recommend this community!

We have lived at Windrose for about 16 months and have enjoyed our experience. The complex is well maintained thanks to the maintenance manager, Pete and his team. Lynn and Yani in the office have always been so kind and welcoming.

We moved from out of town and were welcomed into the complex with open arms! We are sad to be leaving the community.

The Windrose Place is centrally located and offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping, running daily errands and access to. Old Town Pasadena.
The community is gated, safe and has a great vibe that offers peace of mind and a sense of security. The property is well-maintained with regular updates and lovely landscaping.
The staff on the premises is exceptional. Pete, the maintenance superintendent is extraordinary. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and they always take extra steps to help out when needed.
Lived here for more than a decade.

As a five year resident of Windrose Place Apartments, I've got nothing but great things to say! Aesthetically, the grounds are well maintained both inside and out.
As far as the community here, it all starts with our longtime maintenance manager, Pete! He's professional, friendly, and attentive in ways you don't typically find at complexes of this size. Also, Yani and Lynn in the front office as well as the entire staff work hard to bring a personal feel to management that makes it feel like a much smaller complex.
I personally think anyone would love to call this community home as I have for over five years now!

Quiet with beautiful grounds and landscaping. Our unit was upgraded with new flooring and appliances. The staff (Pete, Lynn, and Yani) are responsive and helpful. Concerns and requested repairs are promptly and effectively managed and performed. Location is the best-near Pasadena Old Town, the Metro, several groceries (TJs, Whole Foods, Pavilions, Vons, Ralphs, Vallarta) and other services (CVS, BevMo), and freeway access. We love living here.

Windrose is a great place to live, and here's why:

10) If you like beautiful gardens, there are three amazing gardens in a 10 mile radius: Descanso Gardens (La Cañada-Flintridge, Huntington Gardens (Pasadena), and LA Arboretum (Arcadia)
