3My dad has been living in the memory care unit for quit a few years now and is very happy. I have nothing but good things to share about his care, the staff and his everyday life. I live in NY and have not been able to get out to see him for 3 1/2 years due to Covid. The staff has been additionally helpful and kind during this period. They truly care about every residents well being.
Windsor Court is an amazing place with great energy and an amazing staff. My husband‘s grandfather Fred lived here for the last part of his life in the memory care unit, and every time we visited people knew who we were, and absolutely who he was. In the end, they were there for him, and gave us beautiful stories, and inside jokes that they shared with him. Most places that you think of where there is elder care, you might think of it being drab, but this place is full of life and there is always an activity going on. They dress up the corridor‘s and the decor there makes things feel homey and cozy. I definitely recommend this place for your loved ones and make sure you always be kind to the staff. Their job is not easy and they still find a way to do it with love.
Windsor Court Memory Care is a wonderful place for my sister to live. We have total confidence in her care and the staff is always easy and very willing to communicate her needs. She mentions she has made friends and seems satisfied and happy.
