3 The ever best community that I had lived in Fremont area for this price. Wonderful management, Shinkai and Roberto… they are simply awesome.
Request of maintenance will be covered within no time. What else we need as a peaceful tenants.

I stayed in this apartments 4+ years. The community is very peaceful, safe and secure. They maintain it very well. I spent like over 4 years and I never had a single problem. The community manager Shinkai Arya and maintenance manager Robert both are very supportive and always helpful. The community has sufficient parking lots, very spacious, I moved due to the job transfer. I would like to come back again this community.
