I had one phone appointment with Windstone in Garden Grove and they have so far been fabulous. The scheduling and everything with them and the appointment reminder have gone fantastically. Office staff and clinical psychologist are very nice and have done great so far. Windstone in Palm Desert is horrible and they couldn’t do the test I need. So I have to do it in Garden Grove (2 hrs away). The office staff in Palm Desert is horrible. The manager of the office in Palm Desert is horrible and causes you to miss appointments. Extremely unprofessional and lacking in every way
Should not work in anything in the medical field. And shouldn’t work here. Read the Palm Desert reviews.
He Cancels your appointments if he gets upset with you and causes you to not get prescriptions refilled. And he knows he’s causing this. That can cause withdrawal.

Very nice and courteous spends time exploring how medication works and offers other alternatives.

I really like my new Pshyciatrist. She made a very good impression on me. I been on Vraylar the last 3 years or so. I've been extremely happy with it and I dread changing to a new medicine. I've learned I usually have to give it time to work. I would recommend Vraylar to anybody with Bi-Polar disease I was fortunate to have it as it was it was $1000.00 a month. I recieved samples I was very happy with it for about 2 years or so. I was very fortunate to have it. I was very disappointed
with Progeny we did argue over a policy they had about money, $2000.00 they said I owed them without any prior notice I would not recommend them to anyone. I was very unhappy with them. After being with them so long. It is not easy to change Dr's.and Change meds at the same time. I have faith that I will get thru it.

Love the doctor's at this place. If you are looking for a reputable doctor who cares about your mental health, then look no more. They are the best especially Dr. George.

I've had a couple appointments with Miss Aaron Jenkins and she seems to have found or were working on the right recipe for me appreciate her very very much I would recommend her to anybody

Doctors are really helpful but I feel like the time is always top short and therefore my sessions over the phone seem very rushed and impersonal.but I am receiving much needed medication thru windstone so that's definitely a plus.

NP Nnenna Weather is in the wrong business. She was rude, insensitive, and curt. You have no webpage and no way to check you out. Seems like a fly-by-night outfit. Filed grievance w SCAN.

I am very happy with Dr. Jenkins she listens and has been able to adjust my meds and I'm doing so much better.

My therapist has been very astute with her suggestions and support. It took a few appointments with other therapists on staff for me to find one that fits my needs. Windstone protocol allows clients to change therapists if needed. Windstone scheduling staff does their best to line up my appointments.

The office staff is great! They answer the phone promptly for appointments and other inquiries, and if they are busy they tell you your place in line. T

I was very pleased with Dr. Jenkins and the staff. I had a troublesome situation with my mental health and she addressed the problem professionally and knowledgeably. She gave me hope.

They said they are going to call me at the pre-scheduled time. Then I waited for a half hour. Nobody called me.
Nor during the rest of the day.
This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Going through this round of disaster has made my mental health even worse.

I had a First time, virtual phone appointment with Dr Erin Jenkins today. She was professional, pleasant, thorough & sounded caring, about my concerns. She was engaged & thoughtful about my quality of care. She gets a 10 from me today for excellent-Dr/patient service.

The first meeting with my therapist went extremely well and Walters seems very down to earth, personable and easy to communicate with. I’m looking forward to working with him for the foreseeable future

Winstone HS has been a good experience in a time when it is hard to find psychological services. I have not been disappointed with medication management from Nnenna Weathers or counseling from Walter. It's a bit hard to get appointments only because so many people are wanting their services post Covid.
