Just had to have water damage fixed in my home. The whole process was very stressful. And I was displaced from my home for two months. But Windgard was a very pleasant company to deal with. Matt kept in touch with me the whole time. And was able to push and get me back in my home before the holidays.

Wingard was great to work with with our kitchen flood. Great workmanship professional employees.

Hired Wingard after the March storms put a tree through our house/porch. Even though it was a busy time they came out promptly, explained the process and worked with my insurance company to get the estimate and ultimately the project completed. Matt did a great job of listening to us and answering questions in terms we could understand.

This is the contractor to call, especially if it's an insurance job. Their negotiators are terrific-will get you what is owed to you. Matt, their coordinator, is the best-always on top of whatever needs doing and always responds immediately to any questions or needs. Their workmen are the best-they're always on time, they work hard, they're friendly, and they know what they're doing. My insurance company did not handle anything expeditiously-Wingard was always fast and efficient. I am a happy camper.

Want to thank Wingard for doing a wonderful job on my kitchen. I had my dishwasher leak causing damage to the kitchen last Fall - and Wingard was recommended by my insurance company. Bobby was my initial estimator and was super patient and helpful getting my contract signed. John Obele was my project manager and was always very professional and respectful helping me with all my questions and concerns - making sure I was really happy with the end results. And Joe and Avery were just fabulous doing the installation work - I felt confident the entire time - as I knew the work was in the most competent hands. And thank you Shanell, Matt, and the front desk for always being great to chat with!

The crew were very informative and thorough. They always explained what and why they were doing something.

I had a difficult problem with a leak, that damaged 2 closets, 1 bedroom, living room wall, and hallway. Two weeks into the repairs, StateFarm determined that they would not cover the loss and halted all work. The remediation was started and mold was everywhere. At this point, I was all alone to find contractors to do the job. I was able to get several bids during the process.

The reason I originally selected Wingard, is that they did what they said and showed up when they said they were going to show up. (During the bid process, they were the only company that showed up when they promised to show.) The bid was very detailed, and the people I spoke with during this part of the process were wonderful, empathetic to my issue and listened to what I was saying. The bid was detailed and reasonable.

During the process, they always showed up when they said they would, they kept me up to date on the progress and next steps every day. The detail work was beautiful, and they did more than what was promised. Everything was blended beautifully, they cared that it was done right. The details were important to them.

They also followed up to make sure that everything was done correctly. They finished the work ahead of schedule. It was a difficult time because Covid was still making people sick, it was over the Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years holiday. They got the job done and kept me in the loop all along the way.

I can't say enough about how much I trusted these people to come into my home and do a wonderful job. The work was beautiful.

When I got the final bill, it was very easy to review and what they quoted was what I paid for. No hidden fees, no surprises. Thank you Wingard for your services and support during a very difficult time. Thank you for being an honest, hardworking, and caring company!

What's next, Wingard will be doing my Kitchen remodeling!
